Ordered from here 2 days ago with my wife, I gave my debit card info over the phone and was told my order total was $27 and change, when the delivery driver arrived he handed me my pizza but didn't hand me the receipt where you would typically state how much you would like to tip, the new total and your signature. I didn't realize it until after he had left and actually felt bad when I realized I didn't tip him. Today I checked my bank account and realized they had charged me $37 and change, ($10 more than I had authorized) I called the store and they said someone would call me back. I later received a phone call from the owner, he said he had the receipt in front of him and that "I had written down a $10 tip and signed it" to which I told him I absolutely did NOT do that which means his delivery driver intentionally didn't hand me the receipt, tiped himself $10 and FORGED MY SIGNATURE. The owner did not care what I had to say about the delivery driver, when I said the driver should be reprimanded, he said he only cared about getting me my $10 back and "is sure the driver did it on accident" even though I told him I absolutely did NOT tip $10 because I never was handed the receipt and I did NOT sign it. The owner also tried to give me a $10 in store credit towards my next purchase and I had to be adament that I wanted the money put back on my debit card because I will never order from here again and their store credit is worthless to me. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I do not believe he will fire that delivery driver and I also feel like I should have been refunded the entire amount and not just my $10 considering his driver FORGED MY SIGNATURE. Never got to have my food because their website is inaccurate. Tried to order a seafood platter, and there were 2 check boxes, one for fried and one for baked. There was also a note with the baked that said they would add on $1 for the baked which was fine by me. I placed my order for delivery, even added my tip ahead of time and my card was charged. I then received a call within 10 minutes saying they don’t do baked, only fried. I let him know that it was on their website and even showed an added charge for doing it baked, but he insisted they do no do that. I told him he should update their website and asked him kindly to cancel my order. He then said, “can’t you do it?” I told him now, as their website only shows a confirmation number. He said I needed to call the company to cancel it. I called a 1-800 number which found my order and supposedly cancelled it for me and reversed the funds on my card, so hopefully I’ll see it in a couple of days. But regardless, this representative didn’t know anything about his own website or ordering system. I wish I had gotten a name but needless to say I will not be ordering...

Wether you walk in or call an order in on the phone for delivery they are extremely rude. They treat you like you’re bothering them by coming in or calling. If you’re a busy business just remember I am just another customer that enjoys your food!! Wake up and change your attitudes!! The next time I call or come in if I get anything less than a welcoming smile and attitude I will never come back!! It has been this way for over the past year and it doesn’t matter who you get it’s always the same poor customer service. And as we all know it starts from the top, the owner, to the manager and then your staff. If you are the owner and have bad customer relations skills then your manager will as well and then your staff will follow suite.
