I visit this location almost daily, and NEVER will again. I ordered the same thing I order every day: bacon and cheese biscuit, xtra bacon, NO egg. Not only did I repeat myself 4 times at the speaker, when it was handed over to me it had sausage, bacon, and two eggs on it! When I addressed this I was rudely told I would need to hand over the wrong sandwich. No problem obviously! I ordered a large hot caramel coffee with cream/sugar. I got a large hot coffee with cream, no sugar/no caramel even though it was labeled correctly. I ordered a large Dr Pepper and received a large root beer- but only AFTER they forgot to hand it to me at the window and made me pull up and wait (which is when I was handed the ROOT BEER that I didnt order- this same thing happened the night before when I ordered Dr Pepper from this store). My mom managed a McDonalds for 10 years and I work retail now. This isnt a case of a Karen- I place this same EXACT order in various McDonalds 3-4 times/week but this one is closest to my home. I asked for the manager (never had to do that in my life!) and they said I didnt understand how hard it is to make these sandwiches. No problem. I ordered on the kiosk but the pay pad was having an error. I waited to pay at the counter. The crew member working the front was a short, round, middle-aged hispanic man with long (health code?) black hair. He ignored me passing the counter several times despite making eye contact with me. A female manager saw me waiting and told me he would be right over to help me. Several minutes passed and I am watching him construct a doordash order that had just popped up on the lobby screen. The manager instructed him to go help me at the counter at least three times, he ignored this. He ignored me.
By the time he finally did approach the counter, I was fuming. I wasn’t expecting a lot from this Fall River McD location, but this guy got to me on a period day. Why was he acting like this at work? I let him know how lazy I thought he was and left without paying for my kiosk order at all.
