The Elevation burger was overpriced for the small, sharp cheese and mushroom burger. My first impression was my dismay at the $5.79 price for a burger with no fries or drink. Then, when I added the sharp cheese and mushrooms, tax, etc, it ballooned to $7.13. I couldn't even consider fries or a drink at that price. Then, when they called my name, and were carrying my pricy burger to me on a metal tray, the burger looked so small in the tray, my stomach dropped in disappointment. This is barely a medium size burger, on a small bun. Yes, it was two patties, and they did protrude outside the bun in all directions, but with the tiny bun, they had no choice. And the cheese, which I paid extra for, was half melted and stuck to the paper the in which the burger was wrapped. To get all my monies worth, I felt I had to scrape it off the paper and eat it so I didn't miss anything. The flavor of the cheese was so weak and thin, and mostly on the paper that I had to remind myself to think about the cheese flavor when biting into the burger just to have a chance to taste it. I paid for mushrooms... I got mushroom, one, slice, thin, barely recognizable between the bottom burger and the bun. I would have at least preferred it in the cheese to blend with the flavors up top. If it wasn't for the fact I was pretty sure I was eating beef, it would have been a total loss. The burger patties tasted good, (I did miss breakfast this morning, so that may have had something to do with it) but were way too greasy, and the small buns compressed instantly upon picking up the burger and fell apart so I was picking up pieces of burger halfway through instead of being able to hold my burger and eat it.. The buns were nothing special either, with no flavor, no seasonings, or anything special cooked into the tops. They might as well have been white bread slices, because they didn't hold up any better than that. I don't think I will eat there again, unless my friends are going, and I'll probably just buy the cheese sandwich to save my money for elsewhere. The service was very good, quick checkout, upbeat workers, quick to ask if you want your table cleared. The restaurant was clean, easily accessible, well laid out with a variety of seating styles from booths, to short square and round tables, to bar...
Read moreChicken dry and overcooked, service has really gone downhill. Like other reviews, they forgot the fries in our order even though the restaurant was mostly empty and we only ordered 3 items.
We loved this place when it first opened. Their Wagyu beef has excellent flavor and their fries are the best. It used to be packed, but waiting in the long line was worth it. Now that we are trying to eat less beef, and more healthfully, we stopped going there. Then we heard they now offered chicken and went back to try it. My chicken sandwich had two grilled chicken strips as the meat instead of a chicken breast, making it difficult to eat. The chicken was also overcooked and dry. My daughter had the three grilled chicken strips, which were also dry and overcooked she said, and had to dip it in the bbq sauce to make it more palatable. The french fries were excellent as always, but of course not good for us.
The service has really done downhill. There was no line, but still we had to wait about three minutes for someone to come to the register and take our order. No smile, no greeting, no thank you, just the blank stare of a worker that did not care. Then when they delivered our food, they forgot the fries. Really, with 3 items and you forget one in a restaurant that only has maybe 10 customers in it total.
These days with so many great burger joints to choose from, I would...
Read moreMy visit to Elevation Burger left me thoroughly impressed. The standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel valued and welcomed. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness created a positive and inviting atmosphere that enhanced my dining experience.
The cleanliness of the environment was striking. The restaurant was immaculately maintained, reflecting their commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic space for their customers. It was clear that they prioritize cleanliness, which added to the overall appeal of the establishment.
What truly stood out, though, was the quality of the food. Each bite of the burger I ordered showcased the use of fresh ingredients, and the flavors were outstanding. The attention to detail in crafting their menu items was evident and greatly appreciated.
Another notable aspect was the cleanliness of the tables. It's often the small things that make a big difference, and the spotless tables certainly contributed to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
In conclusion, Elevation Burger not only meets but exceeds expectations when it comes to customer service, cleanliness, and food quality. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent service with fresh and delicious food in a pristine environment, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Elevation...
