Mi Lacay Eden — Restaurant in Falls Church

I hate to have to write this, but hope the management can read it. Customer service for management needs a lot of improvement. The servers were nice, however, why in the world would they only take cash for tips ? Basically, wouldn't they care that their servers get conveniently paid ? So I ate there, asked if they take card. The server replied:, "yes we do". Then when it was time to pay the bill ($26) , the lady behind the register, processed the payment and only charged for the food. There was no option to tip the server. I said, "can I tip with the card," she replied annoyingly: "cash only for tip" - SMH - then when I told her I felt really bad for not tipping the server, she rolled her eyes, and then pulled up a "square" type of payment processor, and asked how much I wanted to tip. I replied "$4". She said, " too small, make it $5".

Also, I visited this place when it was 88 degrees outside, and they didn't have their AC on.

It's the greedy and stingy principles that have 0 consideration to customers and servers that really bother me here. I will not be back at this place again, and hope the servers find another...

These people are thieves. When my mom tried to pay, she placed the bill ($14 total) with a $20 bill on the counter. She then proceeded to organize her purse into her bag the way women and mothers do. During that time, the cashier took the cash and pretended that she wasn't paid yet, to trick my mom into thinking she had not given the money yet. My mom, being rushed and not wanting to cause a scene fussing over a missing $20, took out another $20 bill.

After leaving, my mom carefully counted the money left in her wallet, to realize that she was taken for a ride and double charged.

This is outright thievery and organized crime. Do not support them. They are a detriment to the community and should be shut down and convicted for crimes against the public. How many others have fallen...

Me and my family went to this place for thanksgiving and they had us sit in the same table as other family of four (P.S we are also a family of four) ordered the rice and chicken, the photo in the menu showed yellow rice and a chicken leg but instead we got white rice and chopped up chicken bits, we asked one of the staff what this was about but they said just ignore the photo and continue eating, so by the time we checked out, we also talked to the manager and she said that they we're really sorry about the incident and called over the lady who served us. So the lady and my family had a little argument with her because he kept saying to ignore the photo and saying how it wasn't her fault.
