This place is a great addition to Eden Center and specializes in high-quality sugar cane drinks pressed to order. The sugarcanes themselves are peeled and cleaned extremely well to yield a very pure, clear, and clean-tasting juice that isn't grainy. The space is also clean and spacious for large gatherings with 2 self-ordering kiosks near the front door with apple pay functionality. The used sugarcane bins in the front are also an interesting touch to further covey the freshness of their product.
I’ve tried 4 of the sugar cane options so far and intend to try the rest of their offerings. I've had the kumquat, coconut juice, coconut cream, and salted lemon flavors and all been excellent. The flavors don't overpower the sugarcane flavor but rather compliment it very well. The drinks are the perfect amount of sweetness with not added sugars.
Overall, their sugarcane offerings are very refreshing, not too sweet, and feature a good portion for the price. Though $8/cup, you're getting the best quality fresh sugarcane product in the area.
July 2024 Update: I've been back tens of times since they've opened and to my disappointment, as of recently, the quality is not as it once was. The sugarcane drinks that I've received on multiple occasions have been very grainy (not filtered well) while also lacking in sugarcane flavor. I'd still recommend to others to try, but I will personally not be returning for a while to give management time to resolve the quality discrepancies of...
Read moreGenuinely OBSESSED with this lovely juice shop! I had never had sugar cane juice before, but when I walked by this cute little shop and their lovely cart outside displaying every type of fruit imaginable, I knew I had to give it a try. They have a huge selection of drinks, all based on their freshly made sugarcane juice. I just got the classic juice since it was my first time trying sugarcane, but I'll definitely be back to sample some of the other fruity combos. It was delightful -- not too sweet, with notes of honey and an almost floral-like flavor. At $7 a cup, it was definitely pricey, but pretty reasonable for the area as I've also seen plenty of cafes and boba shops charge similar prices for lower quality drinks.
The staff was super friendly, and I love that they had one of their juicing machines right next to the register. It was really fun to watch them work, and the machine spit out all the extra sugar cane skins / peelings into a giant wooden bucket that you could take from. The sugarcane had a great aroma, and the peelings are a fun way to keep kids...
Read moreI hate to write this review as I do like their drinks a lot but today was just not a day in which this establishment shined in terms of customer service. I ordered multiple drinks but one of them was with no ice, which is an extra $2. I also tipped them because I saw how busy they were as a token of appreciation. To my dismay, they messed up my order and when I asked the staff about it, they acted as though I messed up my own order and was trying to cheat them of $2 for no ice. Why would I do that if I even tipped?! Because they had taken the receipt when I picked up the order, I had to look at each drink label and prove to them that one of them clearly had a “No Ice” label on it. Even after that, it took them ages to fix the drink and after we asked them again about it, they acted like we were being pushy and annoying.
For how expensive the drinks are and the terrible service, I won’t be coming back to this drinks place anymore. I can take my money somewhere else where I am treated like a customer and...
