Great little Vietnamese Pho restaurant in the ❤️ of Falls Church City!!! Lots of open parking in back, tables inside the well-ventilated cool a/c. A smattering of outside seating to watch all humanity amble by…..🚶♂️ 🐕
I had a reallllly delish order of grilled shrimps with fresh rice and a few small florets of broccoli. 🥢 Sweetly cooked, and finely presented. So many shrimps for the low price, I am not sure how the restaurant can do such a serving! 🍤
{Note: having tried it twice, the lemongrass chicken is just not as good a choice. Quite disappointing, actually.}
Definitely worth a try here if you are one to like Pho also… as my buddy told me it’s the BEST available in the area! 🥣
Our waitress was from China (“Share”) and made pleasant conversation with us as she kept good attention to our table and all the others. (Her sanitized Covidmask betrayed the coy smile she tried to hide, though!) And that nicety alone is what will bring me with my family back soon.

Read moreThis place was okay. The people who run this establishment or cook are definitely Chinese. I heard them speaking a Chinese Dialetct in the back. The food in general was inauthentic (speaking from someone who grew up around authentic Vietnamese food) But if you haven’t ate authentic Vietnamese food, you’ll like it. They tried to charge me and my family $2 for extra bean sprouts…. Which for a large bag would only cost $1. I have never had a Vietnamese establishment charge for extra bean sprouts/basil/lemon. I will say they did give us a small plate of bean sports after I made a complaint.
I got the combo #2. The portion of meat that came with my pho was tiny and the broth was practically clear/ not dense with flavor. The flavor was watered down. The bubble tea was decent and the egg rolls were...

The portions for everything but Pho are small for the price, beware (the fried chicken entree was appetizer-sized, and was simply fried chicken breast on top of white rice). The pho, however, is giant. Two of us got the smaller bowls, and could not finish. A large bowl will easily feed two. At $11 and $12, respectively, it is an amazing value ($6/person for dinner is a steal). Their boba tea is excellent. The quality and variety (tripe!) of meats were also excellent. The sprouts and basil were day-of fresh, clearly they take daily delivery of produce. Freshness all around was excellent. First time visiting, this will become a regular haunt. And they're never busy, so you are guaranteed a table whenever you go...
