We met Kelly at a showing where she was the listing agent. It wasn't the home for us, but she was so helpful answering our questions that we took her business card and planned on meeting her to help us find a home. We met up and talked about her philosophy and we immediately entrusted her to be our realtor to find us a home with charm, yet updated. Kelly was newer to the business than other realtors we interviewed but had grown up in the area we were looking at to purchase a home as first time buyers and she knew exactly what we meant when we said we were looking a for a certain "vibe". We saw how hungry she was to get us the perfect home and she was willing to do whatever it takes. Kelly rose to the challenge and within the first weekend of house hunting, she found us THE home. We negotiated with the sellers and took Kelly's advice every step of the way and she scored us a great deal and dealt with a VERY difficult listing agent with her gutsy strategies. She negotiated over $90k in seller repairs for us and got us the home for $14k under asking price. She managed the communications while the repairs were being done (a lengthy and tedious process) and was supportive and positive throughout the whole process. We're glad to have made a new friend and neighbor in the process, and we wish her the absolute best in her business ventures. We would 1000% recommend to friends and family. Full review: As a first time home buyer with my fiance, Kelly was great to work with. We had talked to a couple other real estate agents prior to moving forward with Kelly and we could not be happier that we chose her to represent us.

She was very responsive, which is a must with how quickly homes go in the area, and it felt like we were able to utilize her knowledge of the local market and neighborhoods to find a home that we will be happy in for a very long time. We also really appreciated Kelly's level of awareness to give us space to discuss features of homes we were viewing while also providing her own input and observations, based on her higher level of experience, so that we were able to make an educated decision about each home we saw. This past fall I took my deceased grandmothers sewing desk to be freshened up. The paint job came back very nice. I paid around $300. When I unwrapped the desk, unfortunately the handle was missing. When I got a hold of SP staff they did not know which handle was mine so they sent me pictures to tell them. Then they put it in the mail. Unfortunately, it never came. When I reached back out, they let me know that they did not send it via a trackable package so there is no way to verify where it might be. They offered to buy me a handle on Amazon, which I admit made me a bit upset. They have said they will do something to make up for this but I never heard back and it’s been over a month.
