Bambino's Pizza — Restaurant in Falls Township

This used to be my favorite restaurant. Things simply are not the same anymore. Food was incorrect or not up to appropriate standards on a handful of occasions, for which we had requested the food to be remade. After this, staff became unwelcoming and hostile. When simply placing an order, I would be on the receiving end of comments such as "gonna call and complain today?" Or "don't call us back if it's cold. " One day, my girlfriend found a metal item in her food, almost resembling an open paperclip. The next time she had gone to pick up food, she let them know of her previous experience. As a result, we were BANNED from receiving deliveries. Upon speaking with the owner he apologized and restored these benefits, but the truth is I no longer wish to dine here. It has dramatically changed from the place it had been....

I've gotten a variety of food here over the past 2 months, and eveything, from the quality of the food to the service, has been amazing. Today we took my middle school intensive autistic support class on their first community outing for lunch at Bambinos. We had given them a heads up that we were coming and they gave us a stack of menus so that we could prepare in the classroom. We filled their small dining room which was perfect for our students and staff. The gentlemen taking our orders were patient and kind (several students were using speaking devices or picture exchange to order). The service was fast and the food was delicious.
