Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Falls Township

Worst Experience for the start of 2018...Manager is a pathological liard who became irritate due to me seeing him going in and out of freezer and moved bucket to start touching dough without gloves or washing his hands....Bc I asked for Manager 2 wash hands b4 making my order which I had to place 2 (once with him manager and young worker who probably came in from a delivery) times to be insulted by Manager who claims Allah (what does his religion has to do with my pizza order) to tell lies and call cops on me..Why bc I started to video the inspection certificate not talking but being silent to hearing manager telling me after his worker took my order he not making my pizza...Now Iam in disbelief all i ssid if he can wash his hands..The lieing manager said HE JUST WASHED HIS HANDS IN FRONT OF ME (JE Did not another balatant Lie)...The manager calls the cops Lieing saying I stop him from working (HE LIED and Said I WAS TAKING.PHOTOS OF HIM AND HIS STAFF..I DID.NOT) how he cant work now they have cameras but to cover his lies I bet he erased the videos which would show me standing there and sporadically holding my camera to record sound or what he the manager was saying to me....After I heard him lieing on the phone to the fallstownship police I stood outside in the 11 degree cold awaiting for the police arrival to clear my name and take the report...1 suv with a dog in the back pulled up of which the dog was immediately barking in the jeep at me 1 van and 1 patrol car with the only female officer....1 male officer spoke to me while 1 male officer stood in about 5ft behind me...Yes as a blackwoman A Black college educated professional woman who pays taxes weekly; who had to endure this disturbing ordeal as a mother who came for pizza for her kids...Manager was upset I video him to prove all his lies 3rd or 4th time second time meeting this manager who said I was a problem who was always problematic How can I be that when I rarely buy from establishment....Appalled a manager can tell Vicious lies and Endanger a female life bc he is a Liard and have some social issues...My Last time coming here and they will learn You Dont treat hard working professional people like that with the disrespect and insulting degrading treatment...I wont ever BE BACK better experience with Female worker or anyone not the Muslim Allah claiming manager...He gonna learn legally thru law u dont run a business like u Hitler...I wasnt begging I was paying/buying and those actions carry business law repurcussions......Worst experience for a large pizza..Lastly after the officer who spoke /listened to me went in and spoke with manager from whatever lies was said that officer tone wasnt nice as he spoke to me Again...I was wise enough to observe and he said there was no report and I was never to return back Sadly he shoulda known I was never going back...AJ's Pizzeria will be my goto have been for months little ones wanted Dominios its funny what a parent will endure for the sake of children......I shouldnt be Disturb due to going to buy my kids pizza...I called in my order first gave disrespectful.manager 2 contact numbers to him being rude saying I was a problem....How can I be that when I dont frequent your establishment...He hangs up on me so I go in person gave him my order twice before letting him know Iam the lady he hung up on and what is the store # which is different from the address...He was rude and vile and a LIARD who obviously shouldnt managing a store as he is....The experience MAKESE.WANT TO LEAVE AMERICA FOR THIS IS AMERICA...

My fiancee ordered a pizza at 9:12 tonight. At 10:12 it had not yet arrived even after the app said it's been out for delivery for a half hour. She called to find out the status and was told that they are busy can she "come pick it up". How can she come if it's already on the road. She told them she needed it delivered that's why she used there delivery app. The manager then said it was on it's way. 20 mins later she called again and was told to " Be patient " . At 10:48 the pizza arrives. Her son got the pizza, after feeling it was very cold he went in to show his mother. The driver then stopped him and demanded a tip. This was a grown man demanding money from a 13yr old. The dominos is 3min from the house in light Sunday night traffic. They were two hours late, the pizza was cold the "manager" was rude and the driver bordering on threatening. I understand busy, I know the food business is hard. But that is no excuse for the way my family was treated tonight. No sorry, no taking responsibility. Just providing awful service and expecting people to accept your incompetence. I called them three times tonight and the phone rang through to voice mail (sloppy).I advise anyone who reads this to think twice before patronizing this particular Domino's. Most a very good, since they are independently owned this one must be lacking in...

Order was placed at 7:08pm. Order remained in the quality check stage for 45 minutes. Called the location and it took 7 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They stated our order was just coming out of the oven now (inquired if the pizza had been sitting underneath a warmer for the duration, we were assured it hadn't been) Order was then stated to have left the location at 8:06 pm. Order arrived at 8:34 pm. In total it took 1 hour and 26 minutes to reach our address which is 10 MINUTES AWAY. Pizza is cold and soggy and not freshly made. It clearly had been sitting underneath a warmer. Meal consisted of a medium thin crust pizza ( two toppings) and cheesy bread. Total after tip was $35. Absolutely ridiculous. Store is clearly mismanaged and understaffed. Delivery driver was polite and in no way shape or form should be blamed for this debacle. Will never order from this...
