Dunkin' — Restaurant in Falls Township

They should be ashamed!!! It’s 11:30am & the seating area has all their chairs up which makes u feel ur not welcomed to sit. The staff are not pleasant at all. I was watching the woman cut my bagel & u can tell she was struggling to cut it which means it’s hard & stale. I guess they think u can’t tell once it’s toasted. I know I should have said something but I was giving the benefit of the doubt hoping they wouldn’t serve stale bagels. Ha! Just by looking at it u can tell it’s stale then I tried to bite it… ha!!! Choked swallowing it!! Should have went with my instinct!! The best part is when I go in explaining & showing them the bagel banging it on the counter to prove how stale it was their response.. “that is how we make it”. Ha!!! The gentlemen (which I’m having a hard time describing him as a gentleman) was so rude. Instead of telling me the mobile app payment was down, he keeps saying “no money” but I’m telling him I just reloaded and there is money on there but he just keeps getting more aggressive and basically yells “NO GO THROUGH ONLINE DOWN” well maybe you should of said that instead of trying to make it out to be my fault.
