Lawsuit pending...DISGUSTING MANAGER. First off, I sliced my thumb open an inch long while opening the "take-out" metal container because it has a unique FLAW where the edges are folded BACK half way and are very sharp and jagged once the edges are folded closed. I called them up to tell them I got badly cut and the lady just got all defensive. Then after I finally stopped bleeding and bandaged up my thumb I opened the food to find that my pasta was soaking in tomato water...not sauce. The I had tried the chicken but had to spit it out because every bite was rubbery and tasted like fake food. The "garlic" bread was nothing like it's name suggests, the blue cheese dressing was that CHEAP tangy disgusting clumpy stuff that's probably not even real cheese. My whole $17 dinner was exactly like something you would expect from a $6 frozen-food TV-dinner. I called them back to ask to return for a refund and talked to the manager/owner and INCREDIBLY he was totally RUDE and unapologetic about me cutting open my thumb and said, "they are FDA approved containers" (which ONLY means it's "food" safe). Then he said, "bring it back but you aren't getting a refund". When I told him my food was also cold by the time I got my thumb to bandaged up and watery like soup and the chicken was rubbery, he said "you took thirty minutes to pick up your food.....umm a dinner entre takes a while to put together so I wanted to give it enough time!! IT'S INCREDIBLE THAT THIS IS THE KIND OF GARBAGE WHOM ARE MANAGING OUR LOCAL...

My husband and I have been coming here for years. The food is always delicious and the service is usually amazing. However, I have been very horrified with the owner over the past year or two. It started off with see him smoking over the food he was cooking. DIRECTLY over the food. Then when I heard him berating one of the girls in the back. He was so nasty and vindictive. I could not imagine my daughter working there and having a man speak to her that way. I was extremely off put by that. The last thing that has driven my husband and I almost entirely away was finding out these girls don’t get some of their tips! We usually pop them in the tip jar when we leave, and a gentleman from the back told me they don’t get those, the owner keeps them! You pay them poorly then take THEIR tips that are meant for THEM? I have been handing them the tips personally since. But I have not been going back due to these issues. I cannot believe how nasty a person could be. The son and the daughter are wonderful people. But I highly regret giving the father/owner ANY...

So I have lived in town for years. This place has always been good. Yet not this time. Let's start with just putting my food on the counter saying nothing like have a good day from the counter girl. I had to clarify this was the full order. Sorry I had to bother her cell phone conversation with my paying customer question. Not to mention a "cook" just standing there. Upon arriving home and opening the food I was terrible disappointed. Yes my pizza was good. Not my bruschetta, which was a slab of bread with topping on top. Not cut like the picture. Just hugh peices of food for one gaint toasted peice of bread. Then the Panini was just as bad. No looking of being pressed into the way a Panini should be. Just again two peices of bread ( she ate it without the bread). It was a sandwich. Not cut for easy eating. Nothing just made to get it out.
