McDonald's — Restaurant in Falls Township

HORRIBLE. The workers here are rude and mishandling. I went to McDonald's at 10:37pm and was told to park in the curbside parking. I'm not sure why but the workers are young and rude and doe's not take responsibility for their actions. I not only received my meal at 11:25pm but I had to call cooperate due to them making me wait over 40 mins and clearing out the drive through because one of the workers did not like how i responded. Not only was my food COLD and tasted as if it was purposely sitting at the window, it was not even the correct order. As 20 mins passed by a worker by the name Adrianna came to my window did not insure anything about my wait or whereabouts of my food and rudely asked for my receipt Luckly I took a picture. After giving her my receipt I proceeded to wait another 15 mins. I had to dangerously reverse my car in the parking lot to get in the drive thru line to get my food. When I finally received it. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just laughed at me and said to here is your food. I ended up calling cooperate at that very moment and started a claim/report to McDonald leadership because its is happening more and more frequently at this McDonalds. I live 4 mins away and I rather travel 12+ mins to go to another McDonald's...

If I could give no stars I would. Any time I’ve come to this location the employees are ignorant. Asking for an extra sauce is the end of the world. They make you wait 5 minutes for an extra sauce just to be spiteful. This is for employees and management. The employees don’t ever seem to be working. They seem to put more effort into giving attitude, same with their managers. Especially management this weekend Friday night. Another time When I had my son in the car, one of the employees who brought my food out to the parking spot I waited in for 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, proceeded to stand outside of my car and stare at me as if she was intimidating me... the picture is my coffee I got this morning… half full, paid for extra Carmel and tasted like none was in there. This is how filled up it WASNT. Coffee tasted expired. McDonald’s you should probably get corporate to step in or close this location because it’s trash. Food always cold, uncooked, slopped together. Worst service.

After looking at your other reviews someone is going to get seriously sick with the uncooked food products at this...

I don’t have particularly high standards for my fast food experiences—but this McDonald’s is clearly having some issues. The wait is long, but that by itself isn’t a big deal...however, after that long wait today, we were almost not given one of our drinks, and were given the completely wrong order. I then took that order back inside to request our correct one. Though I was given the right food at that point, they then gave that same incorrect order to another customer (who I assume was it’s original intended recipient?) which I’m fairly certain is a food safety violation of some sort. I mean, I hadn’t touched the order at all, but they & the other customer don’t know that. I hate the idea of that food being wasted, but I also wouldn’t be comfortable if I were a customer being given food that someone else had potentially handled...in summary, while fast food is fast food, this McDonald’s doesn’t make the obtaining of that food a particularly smooth or satisfying (or, arguably,...
