Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Falls Township

Im only giving Rita's 1 star and here's why. My husband, my daughter and I stopped at Rita's on the way home from fishing the entire day whilst looking forward to a huge custard to ease the heat. I ordered a large custard twist in a cup and my husband a large chocolate custard in a cup also. We were both given a very large cup that was only half way filled. If it were served in a cone maybe, just maybe it would have been bigger since that is what i usually order. My husband proceeds to pay $4.00 for each and askes if they could finish topping it off. The young lady employee copped an attitude and said she would have to charge for an additional large custard. My husband told her that the other Rita's in Andelusia we had gone to a couple times fills it to the top of the cup, since they do serve it in LARGE cups. The employee just stood there looking stupid with nothing to say. My 1 star given is because the ice cream was cold-ish. If Greenwood Dairies was still around they would have filled it with no questions asked with better service. From now on my family and I are going to stick to Dairy Delite. They have an amazing,young employee, she remembered 6 different orders and got them correct to,us in record time. We were thrilled and amazed because even placing the 6 orders was a feat for us. I had dealt with her earlier in the week and she was kind enough to do the math and explain to me,the best deal for my circumstances.
