Wendy's — Restaurant in Falls Township

Horrible customer service , to begin with the customer service is horrible seems like no one in that store was ever trained to have good work ethic or even raised to have good manners the drive through always takes forever , And when it’s your time to order in the drive through none answers even to tell you “can you give me a moment to take your order”? they just leave you waiting to the point that you’re Just like hello ? Can I order ? And nothing … untill long minuets after with an attitude they answer , one time I even heard a customer in the drive through get frustrated as well from just waiting in the drive through saying hello can I get some help and the rude employee right away said CAN YOU GIVE ME A MOMENT ?!?! Sounding very angry for whatever reason . I have done multiple door dashings for that restaurant for fun and an extra buck ,I never complain nothing just do my job observe and leave but if the company wants to succeed they have to either train their staff better , or get more staff since they take forever from all the times that I go pick up orders I’ve seen literal cars leave the drive through after ordering . there can be times I’m not exaggerating I take like 30 min in that drive through longer or a little less And other Wendy’s do too not just that one it’s gotten to the point that I Just stopped taking orders from that specific Wendy’s because every time I have gone the employees have this very unwelcoming look in their faces and attitude like they hate being there and hate life and this just ends up making customers feel uncomfortable Just because cause they want a darn burger over all the reviews speak for themselves very low rating as you can tell I’ve never left a review but I hope the company can see this review and take this as constructive criticism and I’m sorry to say this but they should seriously reconsider their staff as well … I know working at restaurants like these isn’t fun or the best paying job Amd a lot of stress but when none even has shown a bit of good work ethic/customer service from all the times I’ve picked up...

I'm writing this review after three visits in the last week. Visit number one stopped for a quick bite before work got two 4.44$. speed of service fast as hell but three things were wrong with my order both drinks had ice in them I asked for no ice chicken sandwich I asked for only mayonnaise still had lettuce on it ask for sweet and sour and got barbecue. But as a consumer and a previous fast food worker I appreciate speed of service over accuracy just my personal opinion that visit would get five stars regardless of order accuracy I was probably in and out and two minutes. Second visit was before work again I got one 4.44$. service was a little slower this time probably around 5 to 7 minutes order was accurate but I only got four nuggets but I got five sauces business-wise that's not good that would get a three-star because I waited almost seven minutes until I left the final window. Third time was tonight I ordered number 11 ask some questions about the honey mustard no one could answer it. Asked for it on the side in a cup didn't get it. I asked for no pickles they are on it.ask for a chocolate frosty apparently they were out of it but still have the vanilla which means the machine still worked. Didn't get a fork to eat with my pub fries luckily I was eating at home. The guy at the window he was pretty cool I'm writing this review October 15th 16th at midnight. Overall I would give four stars between all three visits.

Updated 1/18/2021 Got there at 12:00 ask for the new chicken pub sandwich and got beef and paper inside my sandwich big letdown... I'll be dropping it down to three stars now because there was no one in line there was no need to rush anything and there's no reason why you should not have heard me...

Only gets two stars because it’s nice inside . The staff is horrible they care little to none about you or your time . It’s fast food but I wait at least 5 to 10 mins to get my order taken even if there is no line . Also they are very light when it comes to how much they give you . For example I bought cheese fries and a baked potato the other day and they gave me 2 butter and 2 sour cream but what really gets me is they charge 2.29 for a small bit of fries in a container and they can’t even spread the cheese evenly or give you a decent amount I eat my dry fries then cheese fries when I order there cheese fry. They also don’t care much about there sandwiches which cost a good bit for fast food . I got the Asiago chicken club twice before we the bun all smashed and looking like they threw the condiments from across the room all scattered and in a mess . Nice looking inside is the only light to this bad store they need new management and they need to get there cashier and kitchen in order . Last time I was there I waited 8 mins with no line to get my order taken and when she gets there I started to say what I wanted and a coworker says something to her to turns around ignores me and walks over to him then loud enough I can hear she says we don’t drink beer we drink henny like how is that professional at all . Like I get it’s fast food but money is still being spent i aspect at least to get my order taken and get a somewhat good product not the mess they...
