It was a cold, long, and gloomy halloween eve and nothing sounded better than the dry, sauceless cardboard that Deeks is famous for. As we called, we were left in silence. The only sound that echoed throughout the dark hallway was the sound of the staticky whistle of early 2000's R&B. We had been left on hold for what seemed an eternity, 'twas but 10 minutes. Sitting, alcohol pulsating through our veins, we started to drift off into a deep slumber. After a short while we were woken by the sound of a man. This man was like none other, he was our savior. We talked with him for a short while, explaining all of our food fantasies, as we grew weaker with the thought of the tasteless breadsticks in the back of our minds. Nearly half of us had dozed off within the time it took for our saving grace to arrive with the delicacies. All we were left with was some stale cornbread and day old milk, which we vigorously devoured. Nearly 2 hours had passed, all hope has been lost. The moral was weak within the group. Only a lone wolf stood, she had faith our Deeks Daddy would arrive within due notice. As we walked out towards the cold dark night, with our bellies filled with stale cornbread and day old milk, we heard a familiar tone. 'Twas but our compadre, she had received a message from our Saving Grace. He was arriving gallantly upon a chariot he called a Chevy, As he exited ever so gracefully, he handed our fair maiden our delicate pizzas and still had the audacity to request additional money thereafter arriving 2 hours past notice. After we had devoured our cheese covered cardboard, we were left feeling unsatisfied. As we walked back to our room, cold, alone. I met the fair maiden and took her back after consuming Deeks, we were left distraught with the amount of cardboard in our stomachs. Therefore the fair maiden requested I rip the fishnets that ever so gracefully wrapped around her legs. All in all, we were left dissatisfied with our encounter with your Deeks warriors....
Read moreOrdered the deal for xxl 3 topping pizza and wings for 23.99. I added additional toppings so the pizza was: double extra cheese, double sausage, mushroom, onion, bacon. The pizza, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. Firstly, there was no bacon on the first pizza. In addition to this, I question whether or not the amount of toppings is sufficient for a pizza with crust of this size. When I called to ask about the neglected bacon and potential for missing extra portions of sausage and cheese, I was met with immediate frustration for my lack of familiarity with 'Deek's' and their proportions. I'm not sure who I spoke with on the phone, but the overall sentiment I received from this individual was that I was imposing and being difficult for the sake of being difficult when I was only trying to get the pizza I paid good money for. I was told the pizza I received actually had more portions of the toppings on it than what my actual order was for. I just find this really difficult to believe. I would hate to see what a pizza without double extra cheese on it looks or tastes like. The second pizza I received was mistake free and did even appear to have a bit more cheese and sausage on it, but I'm sorry to say my first Deek's experience will be my last. Wings were good, but the pizza tastes like Domino's meets Papa John's with...
Read moreWe ordered the XXL 3topping pizza with bread sticks and a 2 liter of mountain dew. The deal is $23. The website gives the option of full pie or half-and-half. I selected half-and-half and on the left side selected pepperoni and blacks olives. The right side selection would not allow me to add the pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and green peppers that we wanted. So I added those selections and description in the comments section since the website wouldn't allow for the full half-and-half request. We received a pizza with pepperoni and black olives on 1/2 and the other half had only cheese. I called and spoke to an employee and he told me that we would have had to pay extra for the additional toppings. First of all, we were not requesting extra toppings. Secondly, we only received 2 toppings on half of the pizza. I was told since we didn't pay extra we didn't receive the toppings. I asked him if we were going to argue about what a half and half pizza was or if he was going to help me and he decision was to tell me to have a good night and hung up the phone! There are plenty of choices for pizza in Fargo. Being treated poorly and not receiving what we ordered with no willingness to write the situation is unacceptable. I guess repeat business is not what Deeks is selling. Very, very...
