Northstar Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

I have gone to this Northstar for many months and they normally get thing correct. Today I ordered my normal half decaf Brew have house and a splash of cream. I got all flavored regular brew ( was blueberry ..gross) I didn't get regular brew flavor because I dislike fruit in my coffee. And no cream. The lady who took my order even said OK after I placed my order. And I got black blueberry flavored coffee instead of half decaf coffee with cream. It's brewed coffee...
