Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Fargo

In response to comment. I had received reheated burger and upside-down cold fry box underneath the burger and ate the damp cold fries but asked that the burger be remade as the cheese was two different colors and the outside was rubbery and the pickles and bread head fused together into a mush. This only happens when the pickles have been sitting on the burger for hours already.

When I asked for the burger to at least be remade I was met with suspicion until I produce the receipt from 10 minutes before and then an extremely verbally aggressive cook asking me what I expect from fast food that "that's what you get". I left without my uneaten burger as the cooks attitude was very unsettling. Store GM attempted reparations and I credit him that. However mailing coupons that can only be used at that store was pointless. I will not be returning to this store for the foreseeable future.

On top of that, that meal cost a few cents shy of $15. Large blizzard cheeseburger meal. At the other DQ it was only $12. What gives?

Honestly I was really impressed with this DQ! First thing I noticed was just how clean the place was- spotlessly clean! The gentleman who took our order was incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Unfortunately corporate has removed my favorite dipping sauce and the cashier was very apologetic about it and we had a great laugh over the things corporate decided not to carry. Our order for the $7 chicken strips and cheeseburger were delivered to our table quickly. Everything was hot and very fresh tasting. Some of the best fries I have had in a long while. Even the soda tasted great - fountain was obviously deep cleaned. My husband and I shared a churro dipped cone and it tasted just like a churro, not waxy. I hope they keep it around for a long time! It would make an awesome Dilly Bar! I have read a lot of the reviews for this place and I simply don’t understand how the experiences of others could have been so different from ours. To whom it may concern, We recently had a very disturbing experience at Dairy Queen located on University in Fargo. I was in drive thru & someone greeted us. They said we can order when ready. We proceeded to order a small French fry & right away we heard over the intercom/ speaker "Ugh, We only have ONE DAMN SIZE FOOL!". I was stunned for a moment and said "excuse me?" The guy came back on the intercom and said "oh sorry about that, was talking to my co-worker & I didn't realize my microphone was on" I asked for his name. He hesitated but then said Chris. I explained I couldn't believe he just said that. He then said "well we only have regular and large not small fries".
