I moved up here to Farmers Branch for 2 months now and McDonald is 2min from where I live I go here all the time and at first this McDonald’s wasn’t that bad until I started experience really horrible Customer service ! And many others have too even my coworkers which I work 5min away from this same McDonald. They take a long time to attend the customer through drive thru and inside .. when is going inside the store they expect you to use the screen they are so lazy on attending a person through the cashier and they make you wait for them to take your order, the time I went inside the store it was packed and I went inside cause they messed up on my order from the drive thru … a guy was WAITING FOR JUST ONE MEDIUM COFFEE WAITED FOR 30MINUTES how ridiculous is that ! My Coworker went inside one time too thinking it was going to be fast since drive thru was packed he want it a cashier to take he’s order but got told he needed to use the screen machine to order (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) he only order a HashBrown and a coffee whic it should take more then 15 minutes on getting that order ready !! (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) the saturdays that I’ve gone to order for breakfast for my kids 5different saturdays that I have order there was always ALWAYS something missing in my order and I’m it talking oh missing a hashbrown no. Is been a whole Big Breakfast or missing a breakfast sandwich! It is ridiculous how it happened for the 5th time !!! And then there this one girl I’m surprised she has not been reported moved to a different position or even fired she works in the second window at the drive thru she’s a little dark skin color chubby cheeks she got a bitchy face I will one day get her name but she omg she is so rude with customers at the drive through my coworkers has told me I had a bad experience myself with this girl even my mother and to be honest enough is enough this will have to be reported to the cooperate Office of this McDonald’s I had talked to the store Manager already but this keeps going on...
Read moreThe evening manager, Marco H, is under-qualified to lead this store and has zero experience in client resolution skills. Normally I wouldn't even review fast food restaurant but the experience he created was extreme. After they asked me to pull over I realized I had been waiting for over 10 minutes while cars continued to pass me by. I got off the car to ask if they had forgotten my order and he told me they were waiting for fries to be cooked. I called him out saying you're not going to tell me over 6 cars had passed me by without fries, admit you forgot my order and call it a day. Nope when I called out their mistake he walked off and refused to engage me any longer. He was extreme, dramatic and created a scene. After waiting another 10 minutes watching him serve others, I walked around the counter to ask him to process my refund and rather than realizing he had now kept me waiting over 20 minutes he called the police saying I was a disturbance. After keeping me another 10 mins I told the cops he was literally holding me hostage as I was not being served and I had not received a refund and that his lack of response escalated this entire episode. They forced him to process my refund so I could leave. This entire debacle for a fast food restaurant was created by a seriously inept manager who is not qualified...
Read moreI went to use some points for the free nuggets. I ordered them separately from 2 other things trying to use another discount for my drink. I ordered a medium fry and tea within the span of 2-3 min after the nuggets because I tried to figure out the 50% off my drink but it never worked. I just decided to pay full price since it wasn’t a huge deal.
25 min! 25 min I waited for a medium fry and a large sweet tea. That was after my nuggets. I ended up eating the nuggets standing right there while I waited for the rest. I stared at the order on the screen while they were getting behind.
It wasn’t like there was a swarm of people, just seemed like the regular amount for the afternoon. It seemed like they were filling out the drive thru orders first so that’s why it took so long. Everyone inside was getting very irritated
She gave me my fries still no tea then walked away. I had to get her attention asking for the tea and she was like oh I thought I got that for you… I’ve been standing at the front with everyone else no drink in hand… wouldn’t you see a large drink. 🤔😅
