This place is small but nice and their buns are so special and tasty. You will never find any other place serving the same buns in Michigan! We ordered Oreo buns and berry delight, with a caramel macchiato. The buns were delicious and have a special smell that makes you feel warm like home-baked. We went there early morning for breakfast and I didn’t expect to see many people there already, the place is very clean and there was one waiter who was taking the orders from the cashier and preparing them, he was very kind and friendly. Took our order and told us it will be ready in 10 minutes, 10 minutes exactly and we got our order. The Oreo buns were full of chocolate sauce, and Oreo crumbs and the vanilla ice cream was served on the side in a waffle bowl it was a balanced mix of the taste of the chocolate with the fluffy buns something so yummy 😋 If you don’t like the too-sweet taste so you can take it with espresso or Americano it will be balanced 👌 Then the berry delight, and this will be my favorite on their menu. It’s the signature bun with strawberry and strawberry sauce topped with almonds and white chocolate crumbs. It’s the perfect mixture of all of these things together. The caramel macchiato was tasty, fluffy, and not too sweet but you can smell the caramel when you drink it ☕️ Recommend this place for quiet time, Morning coffee to have a good time. I wish they grow this small business to be one of the big coffee...
Read moreWe are group of 5 people, visiting Papparoti from past 6 months and never experienced bad customer experience as today. We went to place an order in person, we are in middle of placing an order, phone rang, and the person who is taking our order, asked us to hold on and made us to wait couple of minutes instead of asking the other person to wait, he made us to wait. Finally we placed an order, and we asked us to enter my phone number for reward points, and he literally hesitated to enter phone number, firstly he mentioned after billing he will be able to enter the phone number, he forgot to add the points after billing, and he straight away denied to enter the phone number saying that he forgot. After a while, we went near the counter, to collect our buns, and the buns are half raised, and we asked to replace it, but he started yelling at us, what’s wrong with it. Customer service is really pathetic. I never never experienced such kind of rudeness, this is the first time I experienced. I wanted to know his name, but he denied to tell his name and asked us to talk to owner. I wanted to reach out to owner, but I don’t see owner details anywhere in the store. Since, I don’t know his name, would like to mention date and time, and the owner will be able to track him. Sept 12, 2021, 11:45 AM.

Read moreMy daughter found PappaRoti on Yelp and we tried it today. It sounded very interesting to us and it turned out to be more than just a typical cafe experience for us. Kalid was our "barrister" and since there were only two other people in the cafe and he was finishing a carry-out, he was able to give us the history of the company and a full description of the bun, bun options, the coffees and the teas. He was great and really enhanced our experience... we got lucky, but it would be worthwhile even without the "full tour" we received. The bun really was unique, and more like a pastry. It's the only food choice, but many variations with the "toppings", jam, drizzles, etc... and the coffee was great! We chose the "Good Morning Kaya" (young coconut jam and honey), the "Early Tweet" (ashta and honey), with an Americano (very strong) and Karak Tea (saffron and cardamom, also pretty strong to me). It's hard to believe it is the first U.S. store. I will definitely return and tell friends about this unique cafe in a relatively...
