Subway — Restaurant in Farmington

One of the rudest! And worst experiences ever. Blank stares and no greeting as I walked in. I had to say hello. How are you? And they still did not even ask or say hello! RUDE!!

I ordered steak and cheese on a foot-long as a meal. It ended up being almost $20. (Not worth it) the bread was not fresh. Hard and gross!

I was still listing off ingredients to put on my sandwich, she started wrapping up and cutting it in half. I said at least three or four times. I’m not done! I’m not done! I’m not done..

I had to wave my hands front of the glass to get her attention because she wasn’t even looking at me. She was staring off to the right, trying to listen to her coworkers talk.

As the older lady handed me my food without even looking at me, and not even saying goodbye, or thank you. RUDE Again!!

Worst employee I have met ever in USA. Ashamed to say she have no manners and doesn’t even know how to behave with customers. I have ordered a footlong for my wife and myself(049BD81B-86), have a coupon for a free cookie. She denied to offer it, inspite she started to argue and arrogantly right away I showed my coupon. For no reason she started to say I’m not giving you cookie and we dnt have cookies. Also she said those coupons are applied only for US restaurants, she forgot that the restaurant itself was in Michigan. Probably the employee should start learning where she is atleast. If the store is not accepting coupons she could have told it nicer way and politely, instead she choose wrong path in handling with me. Another note, she said do whatever you wanted and can do. If I have a power to take an action, I would definitely fire her...

I ordered my food thru the app and arrived at the restaurant at the time I was advised my food would be ready. My food had not been started yet. There was only 1 worker making the orders and he was very slow. After he finally made ny sandwiches he bags them up tosses them on the counter and says "HERE". I am not a dog and never should this happen to anyone visiting a restaurant. I filed a complaint and the only thing the restaurant owner did was say he shared the information with his teams in hopes this doesn't happen again.
