The girl taking my order was extremely rude. I ordered nachos and asked her to sub the guac for extra sour cream. She said with an attitude, “I can charge you for extra sour cream”. Someone in the background told her she can sub and she said she could. I mentioned I knew she could because I order it all the time. I told her my next item and waited for it to populate on the screen. She with an attitude again said “and what else did you want?!” I said the chips and cheese. “She said I already got that WHAT ELSE” I told her I couldn’t see it on the screen she says “it takes a while to populate” I said can I get…and paused. She said “just order what you wants and continue til you’re done” I took great offense to her attitude and the way she was talking to me. I told her I didn’t like the way she was talking to be because her attitude and she told me I was getting smart with her I asked for her name and she refused to provide it. I asked for a manager and someone got on the speaker trying to continue my order. They did not introduce themselves as a manager. I asked for their names and she said that is confidential and refused to provide the name of who I assumed was the manager or the associate. I asked for the number to contact the owner and they said I could get it off the back of my receipt after I make a purchase. I told them I would be entering a complaint. This happened today 7/7/2024 at about 3:00 PM. I will be making formal complaints until the issues at this location are resolved. Service: Crystal is the Beyoncé of customer service—genuine, cheerful, and absolutely fabulous! Her smile alone could light up the entire menu board, and she handled our order with care and positivity. It’s rare to find someone who can make fast food feel like a five-star experience. She’s truly a gem and a major asset to this location.
Food Quality: We ordered from the Decades Menu and went all out customizing the Green Burrito. Even with all our tweaks, it came out absolutely perfect—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. We also tried the new chicken nuggets (well, my friend did, since I’m a vegetarian), and they were beyond impressed. They said the nuggets were crispy, juicy, and downright addictive—seriously, Taco Bell might have outdone themselves with this one!
Cleanliness: Spotless doesn’t even begin to cover it. From the dining area to the counters and even the bathrooms, everything was squeaky clean. It’s clear this location takes pride in maintaining a tidy and welcoming space.

Read moreSUPER SUPER RUDE STAFF. Came in for in- store pickup after placing my IN-STORE PICKUP online order. They locked the doors. When I tried calling them to tell them my situation (had a dog with anxiety in the car who hates drive-thru), they hung on me. They then proceeded to stand indoors and laugh at me as I repeatedly tried to call. After 5 minutes, 1 lady came outside and said I would have to go through drive-thru because they are understaffed. Told her my dog does not do well in drive-thru and if she could just put it out by the door, I could grab it. She said NO. Had to go to a drive-thru line that had 15+ cars wrapping around the building. At this point its 15 minutes past when my order was to be ready. Took another 40 to get to the drive-thru window, where the man yelled at me for not being able to hear me since my dog was barking. As stated above, I said that was going to happened, due to his anxiety. He proceeded to tell me that me and my dog were not welcome here. After waiting over 40 minutes in drive-thru my entire order was not even ready and had to wait an additional 10 min, for half my order. If you are understaffed change something and do not allow online orders. Furthermore, be patient with a customer's that come on a regular because they are being patient with you.
