I have tried to voice out through Blakes’ actual website but I realized that they don’t post those reviews publicly, nor do they ever respond to you, so I decided to re-post it here. Especially because I am on my THIRD experience in the last month where I was more than disappointed by this company.
My latest review: I ordered a lota combo with no onions &extra pickles. Instead I took a big bite of no pickles, extra onions. It was too busy to try to go back through the line when I already waited extra time for my order. It was really disappointing to know it’s likely always gonna be a let-down with any Blakes I deal with anymore. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Blakes last time &it’s the ONLY company I know that won’t help their customer when something like that happens. Anywhere else will cancel the charge in order for you to order your food at the location you intended. They used to really be my favorite. Their website alone won’t even take customers contacting them, it only directs you to the store’s automated system that you can’t talk to about a problem or it asks for a review. So here it is. You’ve really downgraded as an entire business, avoiding your customers so hard. God forbid you care about anyone else but your corporate management. The poor store-level associates work their butts off to get to take your backlash when your job is to literally tend to customer needs That’s sad.
My latest encounter left me with two uncooked burgers that were so pink inside it killed the appetite of those I purchased them for. It was disgusting.

Read moreNormally a 4- 5 star. But have you ever watched food being made and say... Man I feel sorry for whose food that is.. well today that was my food. My fault for ordering online and "skipping the line" but I had to wait and during that wait I got to see the guy make my burrito. Guy was taking his time and walking to the food warmer (I presume) comes back with more hash browns (my food bacon and hash browns were just chilling on the tortilla) (chilling because food was cold) and not changing his gloves but still wanted to get knuckles deep into my food, then is placing other items on top of it like bags and other wrappers to make other sandwiches but my burrito just sat there and then a guy who ordered 3 sandwiches as I was waiting had his order ready before my cold burrito was made. He grabbed the bag and in my head "please don't say my name please don't say my name" .... Yup I'm up.. and open up the burrito and it's just a mess on the wrapper. Maybe just don't watch your food be made but if it was made on time I wouldn't have to watch this 3rd world food building lol. Next time I'm just going to it drive thru places. Oh and not other online.
Update Apr 29th 2023... Food should've been ready at 10:06.. currently 10:22.. management needs to step up at this location. Still...

Haven't had any issues until the last few months. Orders are continuously wrong and have to be replaced. It's very frustrating to get all the way home or work to have the order wrong. I mean these orders are clearly printed out on the bad. We usually go through the online ordering system. I place my order and give them 20 minutes longer than the expected pick up time. I know they get busy. Recently we've had to wait an hour or longer for our orders. We went in today and they hadn't even put our order in the lineup. As we were sitting and waiting door dash delivery drivers were coming in and out getting their orders in a timely fashion. I finally had enough and stood at the counter until my order was made. The lady in front of me had the same issue. Also the two making the burritos were slow as molasses so our food was cold and the hash browns are so stale that's all we could taste in the burrito.
