Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Farmington

I love having the pizza from here. But this last dine in was not a good experience. First I wait 10 mins to be seated. Then told the fountain drinks are unavailable but bottled drinks are available. Then we place our order for 2 pizzas and an order of wings. The wings were good, 1 pizza was good and the other had hair in it. Our waitress told us she couldn't remove the cost of the 2nd pizza, with the hair but would take $10 off. Then tells me what my bills is making it sound like I didn't have enough to pay. I told her I didn't care if it was only $10 I just didn't want it anymore. She came back later and told us the manager took $20 off. Then gave us 2 boxes to take the pizza and wings. We were not done eating. We didn't take anything with us. It would take her forever to come and check on us. There was a family of 4 and 5. It will be awhile before I eat...

I will NEVER order from the pizza hut on 20th street again. Ordered pizza via the internet, waited over an hour, not a call or email. I call the store, lay on the phone said no order was received. Proceed to tell her I have email confirmation and the charge was taken out of my bank. "Sorry sir I don't k ow what to tell you it didn't go through." Asked to speak to a manager, was told I couldn't she had to ask me the same questions again. Finally, someone I think is the manager gets on, confirms I did place the order. Said the driver tried calling and couldn't find my house so went back to the store. Never tried contacting me and I guess doesn't know how GPS works on their phone they were trying to call me from. All I was told was they could restart the order and try to find my house again or refund the money. I was mad so she just said have a good night...

Absolutely irate! 22$ for wings? I specified I wanted SIX and get charged for a 12 piece!!!! Paid 50$ for a cold pizza and wings I could have went to a nice restaurant for that price got charged a tip when iSAID NO TIP! I’m disputing this and hoping to get my money back. Rude employees and the man on the phone who took my order couldn’t even speak English and CHARGED A TIP AND 12 wings whe. I said six I can’t repeat this enough I’m irritated especially how rude they were when I picked up my COLD FOOD!
