Pop Drinks — Restaurant in Farmington

I really didn’t want to believe the negative reviews.. but it seems they pick and choose who wants an account (phone number) or not.. I was not asked both times I came in to order. Even on their grand opening off of Piñon Hills.. I wasn’t asked for a phone number; nada.. nothing.. just given a “get out here” look because I didn’t have blond hair, blue eyes..

I finally got the app but was not told there was an app just heard it thru the cashiers conversation with her nit picking customers.

I feel you should ask EVERYONE if they would like an account for deals and specials.. not just ask certain customers that fit your criteria of what a customer should be..

Every time I’ve come here I’ve gotten one of the pop favorite drinks for whatever price the sizing was. (xs for 1.95+tax) but today I went and they charged me for “add-ons” to the butter beer??? Apparently it’s always been that way but every time I’ve gone it was never that way. Also if you’re charging us for “add-ons” to already made mixed drinks maybe put that on a big sign next to the menu. And let the costumer know before they get to the window. Because paying $3+ for an xs butter beer that was 1.95+ tax is really strange, especially because I didn’t customize the drink or add anything else to it. Either way I’m not returning to this...

Loved this place! We are from out of town and I saw this shop and wanted to stop in. Glad I didn't judge off of the negative reviews because we had a great experience! The lines were long but they were very quick and also patient with us since we had never been before. They answered our questions and were very friendly! We got the Tidal Wave, butter beer and brown cow. We also got a coffee. Everything is wonderful!! The kids got popcorn and it was great! Try them!! We will be adding this to our "must stops" when...
