We haven't been here in years, so luckily, my coworker warned me to order online. At the store, they had signs up everywhere saying "online orders only." Inside, the manager was fighting with a customer because the gentleman wanted to know why he had to order online. The manager told him they ran out of dough and he would have to wait two hours if he ordered in the store. It made no sense, and the attitude of the manager was ridiculous. The manager then turned to me, so I told him I had an online order. He asked to see it, so I showed him my order on the app. He said he would get my food. About 6 minutes passed, and he never came back. The girl behind the counter finished telling a customer how "she used to hurry and care about getting orders out quickly then she remembered she only makes minimum wage so she stopped caring" that is verbatim what she said. She then asked me if I had an order, and I said yes, the manager went to get it. She threw up her hands and yelled, "If you want your food, you have to go through me. He will tell you he is getting it, then he will disappear and never come back." I got my food and left. One pizza was alright. The other was like cardboard. We tried those pizza puffs. They weren't very good. We went years without eating here, and I doubt we will ever go back. While I was waiting for my food, at least ten people came and read the online order only sign and left. Employees are taught to cut corners, and talked down on if they keep to corporate standards. David and Carlos the reginal Manger and general manager teach these methods. They also keep less then minimal staff complain about the mangers that actually do something in a fraction of the amount of time as the Mangers that have been Fire multiple times. Those managers can't even take inventory properly. They send ppl home when they are needed (not so much Carlos he has 12 stores he can't babysit all of them), but very soon a store that requires 25 ppl to run it properly will be down to 4 ppl again if their lucky, and then they'll either lie, treat them like trash, or use their zero tolerance to fire ppl for making 1 mistake. A couple years ago it was wonderful, you could go in and actually get a hot and ready pizza, if they messed up they would do all the could to remedy it, the workers were kind and pleasant. Now, if you place a mobile order, the pickup machine is "broken" and you have to wait in a 30 minute line to get your order while the workers literally walk past the line without saying anything to acknowledge people waiting. If I come in around 5pm, when they should have pizzas coming out constantly for the dinner rush, I wait 45 minutes to an hour with no one in front of me getting anything either. If I come in at 3pm there's nothing ready and I have to wait 30 minutes. What is the point of the hot n ready pizza if it's never either.
