Since moving to Connecticut with my wife about six months ago, Bruno's Cafe has quickly become my favorite neighborhood spot. The staff is incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and the food and drinks are crafted with care and high quality ingredients. They even have monthly drinks specials that are fun and seasonally relevant. One of my favorite unique touches that makes Bruno's stand out is the regular pop-up vendors and events that they host. It's a great way to discover and support local small businesses and has been especially helpful as I've adjusted to a new home. A man with a deep voice answered the phone, and asked that I be put on hold. I waited 5 minutes, and proceeded to place my order of one sandwich. He told me we don’t take phone orders. We have a line. I have been going here since the location opened. I have never been denied the chance to order. Greatly disappointed.

Edit: I’ve amended my one star to four because one of the staff personally reached out, and everyone can have a rough morning. Mackenzie is a wonderful person. Again, I’ve been coming here for a while. Thank you MacKenzie for always being genuine and kind.
