Lucky Dragon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Farmington

I ordered General Tso Chicken and Crab Ragoons on New Year’s Eve..when I got my food only the chicken was in the bag so I called up politely because the last thing I want to do is complain about my food... first of all they didn’t believe me and told me that they remember putting my crab Rangoon in the bag. And I’m like lady... I only see one thing and that is the chicken.... she said,”call back in 20 minutes” and hung up on me. I called back and they said my address will have a credit... . I called tonight to place the SAME exact order as that night they said I could not place that order because it was not over 15$ I told the woman I was speaking to my situation and there was not an understanding between us at all.... I want to let everyone know I already prepaid for my crab Ragoon. I am more than displeased with this establishment and on top of it the general tso chicken was NOTHING to be proud of or want To have again.... very disappointed in this...

It's always a task finding good Chinese food to eat, after the reviews I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a General Chows Chicken, Shrimp fried rice & Shrimp roll, the order arrive on time but I have to say that's the worst I've had. The vegetables in the chicken have seen better days, no gravy no color, to say the least I was very dissapointed. I spent $20 and couldnt eat.

I called them back, the lady was polite she offered me something else so I asked her for chicken wings, you just cant mess that up🙄 little did I know. It came and I did not like it either.

This is not to bash this establishment, it's an honest review, I hope they can look into what theor doing for customers to have...

Will honestly be my go-to Chinese place now. The lady behind the counter is very friendly and I received excellent service. She seems very caring of the customers! The food was fresh, made right after I ordered it. I recommend ordering it inside and waiting, it was the freshest, hottest Chinese meal I think I have had in a very long time. My go to meal (Boneless spare rib combo) was several dollars cheaper than it usually is anywhere else and about $5 cheaper than the Chinese restaurant just down the street. They don't have a website, the menu isn't available online - but they have everything you'd expect them to and for the most part everything seems reasonably priced. Definitely worth...
