Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Farmington

WORST FAST FOOD PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE CHURCH'S CHICKEN ON WEST MAIN IN FARMINGTON, NEW MEXICO. WENT THERE TODAY AND THE KID TAKING ORDERS AT THE DRIVE THRU SOUNDED LIKE HE HATED BEING THERE. I ORDERED TWO CHICKEN STRIPS MEALS, HE ASKED WHAT KIND OF GRAVY I WANTED, TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT GRAVY. HE THEN GAVE ME MY AMOUNT OF MY ORDERED. WHEN I GOT UP TO THE WINDOW I ASKED HIM TO READ MY ORDER BACK TO ME BECAUSE HALF THE TIME THEY DON'T GET THE ORDER CORRECT. THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS READING IT BACK HE HAD HIS EYES ROLLED BACK WITH AN ATTITUDE. I ASKED HIM WHAT KIND OF SAUCE THEY HAD AND HE COPPED AN ATTITUDE EVEN MORE AND SAID YOU DIDN'T WANT SAUCE! I SAID, NO, I SAID I DIDN'T WANT ANY GRAVY. HE PROCEEDED TO GET MORE NASTY WITH ME...I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED SAUCE... WELL HE DIDN'T. I WAS TIRED OF THE ATTITUDE AND MY PATIENCE WAS GONE BY THIS POINT, SO I TOLD HIM HE COULD KEEP THE DAMN FOOD AND I WOULD NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. I WILL NOT GO TO A PLACE WHERE THEIR EMPLOYEES ACT RUDE AND HATEFUL TO CUSTOMERS. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND I GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE BECAUSE IT IS ONE OF THE FEW PLACES YOU CAN GO TO LUNCH ON THE WEST END OF TOWN. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK WHERE YOU ARE AT THEN FIND ANOTHER DAMN JOB, DON'T BE RUDE AND HATEFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS, IT ISN'T THEIR FAULT YOU ARE THERE. YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY YOU HAVE A JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE, WITH THAT ATTITUDE YOU WON'T FOR LONG. VERY SAD. THESE FAST FOOD PLACES ACT LIKE YOU HAVE TO GO THERE, WELL HERE IS A NEWS FLASH... WE DON'T HAVE TO GO TO YOUR BUSINESS WE WILL GO TO PLACES THAT...

My husband got a single order of chicken for $7 April 18. An employee made a fraudulent charge with my credit card for an additional $20.02 Called and spoke with a manager whom she claims it's possible they used my card for another transaction due to them having shift change at the time. She says to bring in the receipt, which I had no idea they had charged the additional 20.02 and never even got a receipt for that transaction. Then said come in on Monday when the "main manager" is in. So we ask for the name and says "I can't give u that information". They fraudulently stole my money without our knowledge, good thing we checked the online bank statement or we never would have knew. Also asked for the district managers name and she didn't know. This place will rob u for your money without u knowing. Now manager is saying to get a bank statement and bring back to the Main Manager whom I can't get the name of. Very disappointed in this establishment. Wasting my time for their mistake and making me do a runaround because they were not paying attention and used my card for someone else's...

I went there today to have the fried steak. This place used to have really great food. This was a horrible experience. I asked for milk gravy on my mashed. I received milk water it didn't even stick to the meat. I got chicken gravy on my mashed potatoes. I hate chicken gravy! I also told them they didn't give me my Mac & cheese last time. She said I should've called no one ever answered. I live too far to come all the way back. I don't go to Farmington that much. You no longer get a biscuit with this. Their food and service really sucked today. I haven't bought KFC in years because I always enjoyed Churches. NEVER again!!! They have horrible attitudes. It looks like they're watering down the gravy both gravies. I will try the one in W Farmington if it's the same...
