Serena on the morning crew needs to be recognized for her above and beyond customer service. She has such a beautiful soul and she radiates kindness.
I would also like to recognize Caleb on morning crew. Caleb has incredibly hospitality skills, he is so personable and friendly. Caleb feels like the kind of person that says āStrangers are only friends you havenāt met yet.ā He made me feel like we were old friends when we met, he was so warm and inviting I truly felt like I found an old pal.
Serena and Caleb are the sole reasons I come out of my way to stop at this location. I commute daily from Ogden to Salt Lake, there are plenty of Dutch Bros along my way but none of them provide the same level of kindness and service. Many a times have I passed my local Dutch because of the line, no line at this location could deter me. Although the parking lot and pickup spots are a nuisance to navigate, the crew at Dutch bros Farmington make it worth it. Probably the best Dutch brothers I have ever been to in my life without a doubt....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI unfortunately received a moldy muffin top this morning. The taste seemed off from the get go and I should have taken that as an immediate sign something was wrong. Unfortunately, I didnāt notice the white threads of mold within the muffin top until I had eaten about a third of it. When I first received it, the icing seemed like it had been melted a bit but there was no apparent mold on the surface. My assumption is that it was either old or was left out too long previously, refrigerated again, and served to me. I hope it was an issue with how that particular one was stored and not a bad batch of them. I let the store know in hopes that no one else would unintentionally be served mold. I was offered a new one (of which I declined), but there didnāt seem to be much concern for the matter.
My coffee was fine, but I am likely going to steer clear from this location for some time⦠at least their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the second time at this location and it was just as disappointing as the first.
I pulled into the right lane and waited as the employee took the order of the car in front of me. Instead of coming to me next, he went to the other lane and took the orders of three cars that arrived after I did. I sat there patiently but was completely ignored. By the time he finished with those cars, there was finally enough space for me to leave the lineāand I did.
If both lanes arenāt going to be used fairly or correctly, then block one off. I had pulled up before at least two of those other cars and still got skipped. Really...
