Oh darn! We were so excited to try this place out. Arrived before the big Friday rush. Walking in - decent but small location. Easy and straightforward ordering process. Go to fill up our drinks. Lids are out. No problem it happens. Next let’s find a spot - 3 -4 empty tables - not one is wiped down and clean. Place was not busy - it was steady. That’s fine - I can wipe down my own table. Food came out and the kid was nice enough. Food looked ok - American cheese (that’s McDonald’s cheese IMHO - I should have asked if there were options) - I got the basic fries - my son got the crazy fries. Here’s the good part: burger buns are good, the avocado that was added to my burger was good. Here’s the bad part: not one thing was hot, not one thing was warm, it wasn’t cold but it definitely was not warm. not in my meal or my sons. The crazy fries? Only messy layer of onions, sauce, and cheese on chip style fries (which when done well are so good)… nothing warm. One messy layer (non warm) of toppings. Dr Pepper was good though. Not a huge fan of leaving long or bad reviews. But I don’t think that for the price, the hype that the food shouldn’t be warm, tables shouldn’t be wiped and lids to drinks shouldn’t be out. Really fun idea. Who doesn’t love Hawaii in Utah? Could I have told the kids working? Sure but that would fall...

First, the easy stuff. The booths suck. Typical eat- and-get-out, hard, flat seating. The service was fast and the employees were friendly. The Hawaiian music made me feel like I was at Mo Bettas.

My wife liked the salad. "The nuts were yummy." She didn't particularly like having to cut up the shrimp but I guess that is expected.

Now for my experience. I threw my food away. $39 for the both of us. I got the Tama Samoa burger and Paniolo fries. I've included a picture of how the burger is advertised for reference. I know that what you get will NEVER be like the picture but this burger was terrible. My bottom bun had dissolved and the teriyaki sauce was way too salty. I rifled through some of it but ended up throwing in the towel. The fries are not fries at all. The potatoes are cut like au graten potatoes, fried, stacked and topped with lots of good stuff and then placed in a too small paper container. It was so hard to eat that I simply gave up. I know they want to have their niche but it doesn't work for me. I don't particularly like salads so I won't be back. I'm sure lots of people like this restaurant. Good for them. Absolutely terrible service! Food is all ice cold

First and last time here. Avoid and pick any other location for hot food with great service. There's a dozen better options in the area!

I called 8 times. Started trying 12 minutes before I even got a text telling me that it was done 10 minutes before I put the order in for then tried calling six more times after the text.

Ordering time ignored completely.

Nobody ever answered

Even when I was in the store I called in front of the employee and no phone ever rings. Employee just shrugged and said sorry we never heard a phone.

Employee gave me no solutions. Even asked if they could microwave it. He said maybe I can try And then never did just argued about when I ordered it saying it was done at the time ordered.

I had to show him the order and the text.

He said they only get the order 15 minutes prior to when it's ready. Either way, the time on the order was ignored.

Food is ice cold, of course!
