When I am traveling, I always look for authentic and flavorful dining experiences. Cilantree Indian Restaurant truly delivers on that front. I recently visited this spot, and let me tell you, it was a delicious journey for my taste buds. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the inviting aroma of spices, a true sign of good Indian cooking. The staff greeted me warmly, and throughout my meal, the good service was consistently impressive. My server was attentive without hovering and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations. I started with the vegetable samosas, and they were perfectly crispy with a wonderfully spiced potato and pea filling. For my main course, I opted for the Chicken Tikka Masala, a classic that often serves as my benchmark for an Indian restaurant. Cilantree’s version did not disappoint. The chicken was tender, and the sauce was rich and creamy with just the right balance of tangy and sweet notes. What really stood out was how fresh tasting everything was. Sometimes Indian food can feel heavy, but here, each ingredient tasted vibrant and distinct. The spices were robust but never overwhelming, a testament to the kitchen's skill in blending flavors. My dining companion ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh, and I had to steal a bite. The lamb was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and the gravy was deeply aromatic. We also shared a basket of garlic naan, which was soft, buttery, and perfect for soaking up every last drop of the delicious sauces. One thing I quickly realized is that Cilantree offers large portions. Seriously, come hungry or be prepared to take some home. I appreciate a generous serving, especially when the food is this good. I ended up with enough leftovers for a fantastic lunch the next day, which was an unexpected bonus. This also makes Cilantree a great value for your money. You are getting top notch quality alongside substantial quantities. The atmosphere in the restaurant is comfortable and clean, with subtle Indian decor that enhances the dining experience without being kitschy. It felt like a place where I could relax and truly savor my meal. Whether you are a connoisseur of Indian cuisine or new to its delights, Cilantree Indian Restaurant is an absolute must visit. Their commitment to fresh ingredients, excellent service, and truly delicious food makes it stand out. I am already planning my next visit to try more dishes on their extensive menu. Read moreDelicious food! Wonderful service! Came with our two kids. We arrived and the person who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. He asked if we’d like a booth and promptly cleaned one off for us so we could be more comfortable.
The menu is reasonably priced and it was difficult to decide what to order because everything looked so good! They serve wine and beer as well which was a pro for us.
The kids menu is a bit disappointing as it was just the standard chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese. I’d love to see them add a kids portion curry or something authentic for kids that are more explorative. My kids ended up ordering off the adult menu, but I think next time we’ll just order plates to share.
We all loved our meals and will be...
