Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Farmington

My family came to chipotle at 9:30 p.m.. It took us a little while to get our food. The guy serving us was good and nice. They were out of a lot of stuff like lettuce and corn salsa, pork, and guacamole and didn’t get more. By the time we sat down to eat it was pretty much closing time. We started eating and one of the employees came up to us and said that we had 10 minutes to eat and then we had to leave. She was very rude to use and wouldn’t even acknowledge us when we asked her questions. She was wiping the tables with napkins and we asked if she could clean a table for us. She just ignored us. She made us feel like we were intruding and frustrated with us when we apologized for coming in so late. This is terrible customer service especially when we are paying customers and have someone with a disability. Later we found out that the manager had asked her to ask us to leave. The manager should have been the one yo tell us not her. To make matters worse, the workers had their friends there and the friends were able to stay inside the building, but they kicked us out even though they were still cleaning. We ended up eating outside with mosquitoes biting us and no garbage can to throw away Our food I am so disappointed in this establishment. I will never come here again. I have worked in hospitality for a long time and this is not how you do business nor treat...

We did a chipotlane order with a kids meal and two entrees on the way home from being out of town. When we got home, we saw that my order was missing and they forgot the kid’s meal drink. Since we had no food at home, my husband went back. They challenged him suggesting we were wrong, then told him they’d make it “again” but were out of the meat and it would take a while. A car waited behind him for 5 minutes so my husband waved down an employee and asked if he could pull into a parking stall so they could help the person behind him. 20 minutes later, and there was still no food. It was getting late for our young kids and everything was still packed in the car so he had to leave and ultimately didn’t get my meal. I’m not sure why they made this such an uncomfortable situation. The food is good, but service matters and this was a really poor one. Doesn’t really make us want to go back to...

The food here is not great. Its bland and boring. Compared to the chains in the area doing similar food, this is the worst of them. Cafe Rio, Costa Vida, Bajio, Barbacoa all make far superior tasting food.

Please, as an experiment go order a full size salad at Chipotle and then order one at any of these other chains and you will see its night and day. Chipotle salad is on par with a side salad at a fast food joint. The other chains serve you a salad that is big enough for 2-3 people to share. Huge and the quality of ingredients is so much better.

I was extremely disappointed with both the salads and burritos at Chipotle. Bland tasting, over-priced and just plain bad food.

There is not even close to enough seating at this location, although if they keep serving food like they are, that will likely change as people will figure out that other chains...
