My comment is towards Sleep Number computer when buying at the store. Husband & I stopped into the store an hour before closing to buy two pillows. Hallie helped us, it was the weekend of Black Friday and she was busy and the only person working that evening. Between everyone that had come in she was able to still pay attention to our questions. We purchased two pillows, which had to be shipped due to they don’t carry king size pillows in this store. Okay, fine! But the check out took at least 20 minutes. Finally the pillows arrive (it was approx three weeks to be delivered) and I decided I did not want the pillow that we had purchased for me. So back to the store we go to exchange the pillow for another. I do not recall the young man that helped us, but once again when it came to purchasing/exchanging the pillow it took another 20 minutes BUT he could not finish the exchange because the computer was having problems! We go back again and the computer (always the computers fault) was running slow so to finalize the exchange it took 15 minutes. I was trying to replace my 16 year old sleep number mattress and thought I would have to spend a fortune. I bought a replacement mattress for a very reasonable price, Ashleigh gave me a loyalty discount AND threw in an add on.
