I was told this location had good food, so I wanted to give it a try. I'm glad I did because it was delicious. Be aware. This is a very small restaurant. There is only 7 tables, maybe 8 if they split the big one, but it was worth it. I went in late for dinner and there was no wait time. On a Saturday that we attempted one time, we were unable to dine without a long wait. The place was very clean and smelled great. The staff was a group of very nice young ladies and we were well taken care of. The complimentary chips and salsa was the best I've had in a long time. I like medium heat salsa and it was just right for my personal taste (not mild/not incredibly hot) and was extremely flavorful. I asked for 2 recommendations (waitress Laura was awesome) and we enjoyed them both. We had the carne asada tacos and chile verde burritos. I feel like this restaurant does not lean towards authentic Mexican food, but more Mexican American style. However, the flavor was great, they had some nice spice to their food and I did not leave disappointed. I would definitely dine here again. Thank you for the meals.

I love going to new little Mexican restaurants. We were excited to find this place on our way through Farmington and it had good reviews. First, the chips and salsa were terrible. The chips were stale and the salsa was more like ketchup water. It was really the worst salsa I've ever had. And they make a point of saying any extra chips you have to pay for. When the food came it looked good. We got the chicken tacos and the chimichangas. The rice was really bland, the beans were just ok and the chicken was chewy. I did like the green sauce on the chimichangas. The guacamole was also pretty good and seemed fresh. I just tried to put sauce and guac on every bite. The service wasn't great, they weren't rude but didn't seem to want to be there. We were checked on once at the very end of the meal and we were just ready for the check. The restaurant is really small, maybe 10-12 tables. It is really really loud inside, we couldn't really even talk to each other without yelling. We only paid $23 before tip so it is pretty cheap but we were just overall really disappointed.

We had to stop to charge our car at the city offices and while driving to our destination saw this corner with a sign out front that made us happy! It said Mexican Food! We were hungry and didn’t want to sit in the car for an hour to wait for the car to charge! We walked a 1/2 block to Franciscos. We didn’t read any reviews, and wrote family we didn’t care, we were just hungry! We walked in and it was bright and felt very clean! Ever table was taken except for one. Meant for us! Then our food came to the table! WOW!! Huge portions and so delicious! I got the shredded beef enchiladas and my husband got crab and shrimp enchiladas! So so good! We ordered dessert, because the car was still charging🫠, so glad it was! I ordered the Mexican scones🤯 big giant cinnamon deep fried bread with a vanilla butter, or something like that…all I know is that it complimented the cinnamon goodness perfectly! Thanks for a great food stop! We will make it a point to charge our car in Farmington again so we can eat at Francisco’s again and again!

This was just ok for us and leaned into a miss overall. The place is small, but the turnover is pretty quick. We waited maybe five minutes for a table, which was awesome. The food was a 2. Complimentary salsa had very little flavor and they don’t give you much, but totally understandable and we’re always cool with less food waste. We tried the chicken flautas as an appetizer. These were good. Bigger than expected and the dipping sauce was delicious. Got the Chile verde burrito and enchiladas as the main course. The sauce was lacking in flavor and seemed almost watered down. The beans and rice were under seasoned and bland. Service was good. They were friendly and quick, especially considering how packed it was. We do wish they would have refilled our drinks. Overall, not impressed but would try again to see if it was maybe just what we ordered.

Food is always great. My whole family loves to eat here. The Chile Relleno is as always fantastic. You'll never go home hungry. Update: Still eat here when we can! Fantastic food, cozy atmosphere a true thru and through family restaurant. Prompt service every single time! Horchata is always a family favorite to drink. A Chile Relleno / tamale / beef taco combo plate and a Beef Chile Colorado burrito were some of the latest choices in our pictures. Have you ever gone to a restaurant and you saw the pictures of the food either in the menu or on a wall before you ordered your food and it didn't look like the food that you ordered from the picture? If they had pictures of the food here the food would look like the pictures because it's it's always beautifully presented when you get it. Thank you for being here!

The molé was fantastic!!!! My wife and I had dinner here with another couple. I had heard another friend say they didn’t like it, but we wanted to give a local spot a try. I was really impressed! It was a Friday night and we arrived at 5:30. Spent a few minutes checking out Loyal Cycle next door (super cool bike shop). Our server was a very friendly young man who gave some helpful suggestions. He kept our drinks topped off and was really a pleasure. The food arrived quickly. Portions are huge! I had the Mole and my wife had fish tacos. We both thought the food was awesome. After our meal I told our server thank you and how much we enjoyed our dinner and his service. He seemed genuinely thankful and got a huge smile on his face. Overall it was a really good experience.
