If you are from a big city, and are thinking to yourself "Thai food in a smaller town, punny name, located inside a gas station...sounds dicey," you've got it all wrong. Superb and authentic food made with fresh ingredients, kind service, and a wide menu - you should have been thinking "the food must be amazing for that to work!" It is, and it does. The ambiance is admittedly not amazing, but you can eat in, the two booths in the gas station are comfortable and kept clean, and having access to the convenience store vastly expands your beverage and dessert options. This place routinely offers affordable delicious food that is reliably delicious every time. The Drunken Noodles are amazing, some of the best I've had anywhere and I have worked in several Thai restaurants. The place is inside of the gas station so there is not much ambience but there is a park across the street that is perfect for picnics. I recommend calling ahead with your order so you aren't standing around waiting in the gas station . Aside from the food, my favorite part of coming here is talking to the couple who run the place. This is our new favorite Thai place! Love that they offer several types of fresh rolls and have amazing peanut sauce. Their pad Thai is the best we’ve had in town. Ingredients are fresh and dishes are flavorful and not covered in a ton of sickly sweet sauce like at other Thai places in Farmington and Aztec. The only thing that could’ve made the food better is some Thai basil, but I know that can be difficult to get around here.
