Hometown Hamburgers — Restaurant in Farmington

I Was patiently waiting at the window to pay for the food i ordered and the Manager sonia comes up to the open window and coughs directly into her hand! So me of course knowing what it takes to achieve a food handlers certification politely tell here she shouldn't cough in here hand when handling food. She then raises her voice giving me attitude yelling that "should she sanitize her hands and glove up as well." Well YES you should keep clean hands at all times. I then witness a more elderly lady with gloves on wipe her nose as she proceeds to grab food out of there fridge that is located outside. That's where I lost my appetite and I would not serve that food to my coworkers for our lunch. I patiently waited for them to deliver my food which took over 45 minutes after ordering which was the least of my complaints. Old fashioned burger joint in Farmington New Mexico. We went late, about half an hour before they closed. The place was busy! It's drive through, they'd actually come out to take your order, then when you get to the window you pay, then pull into the parking lot to wait and they bring it out to you. Local hot spot for sure, apparently you can order ahead online which is what the locals do. I got a chicken fried steak sandwich and hubby got a large burger, he got fries and I got onion rings. The fries are kind of Spicily seasoned and the onion rings were beer battered and great! It was too much food for us that night! I had onion rings for dinner and hubby, who usually doesn't like them, ate several. He could only eat half his burger, we ate the rest for breakfast. It was a lot of food for $22! Last week first time I ordered there and maybe the last. People rude there and everyone is getting their orders first and ours sitting on counter and went in there and employees are rude when asked if our order was ready they shut the doors and we still waiting for the order after 26 minutes after asking they finally gave me the order and it wasn't correct and asked them about the rest of the order one employee started raising her voice and said"what do you want us to do want the food or your money back paid 57.19 for the order and I said why are you being rude she replied again do you want the food or not.. now I've spoken to other people about how I feel about this establishment and they said they have been treated the same way.. excuse me if you want people to continue coming in change the employees with a...
