People's Choice — Restaurant in Farmington

I love People's choice Wings and Pizza and have ordered from Unionville People's Choice several times over the past couple of years (a few times a month), however the customer experience I received from tonight's (October 9th) store manager will prevent me from ordering from People's Choice ever again. Horrific customer service!! I placed an order before 6pm, was told 30 minutes, called after an hour and they said it was just coming out of the oven, called back 30 minutes later and they said I never placed an order. The manager on duty was rude, obnoxious and didn't understand the meaning of customer service!! Their food is good but I will not order from them again based upon this one customer experience. There are too many other Pizza delivery restaurants in the area to have to put up with such poor...

I called to place an order last week and a young lady answered the phone. I orginally ordered a larger pizza 1/2 cheese the other 1/2 sausage. My husband who was next to me asked me to add pepperoni and chicken wings. I asked the young lady to add more to my order and she clearly became irritated. After placing my order i told her thank you. Without saying anything back she slams the phone in my face. Needless to say i cancelled a $32 order and complained to a "manager". I use to order from peoples choice at least once a week but from now on i will just drive down to George's Pizza instead. The staff at peoples choice are very disrespectful and rude. I will never order food from a company who hires employees with nastey attitudes because you will never know what they may do...

Yeeess, like everyone has writted - it's drunk food/hangover food/glorified fast food... Whatever you want to call it. However, if you physically GO to this location, instead of ordering delivery, the opinion might be a little bit different, especially if you like craft beer, or a decent glass of wine. On tap. Mark West Pinot Noir. On tap. The gal that helped us was very pleasant, the food was fast, and for what we ordered it was just fine because I didn't have to cook it. Inside was clean, and nicely decorated.

Sure, the food isn't up for a James Beard Award, but whatev. Don't order something expecting that, enjoy a pint from the surprisingly impressive tap list, and relax because someone else...
