The staff are always pleasant and polite. The coffee is amazing! It's very convenient to just drive through cuz I'm always on the go, and that's what makes the atmosphere great. They have parking available, which I have also taken advantage of. And they have an app where you earn "smiles" to get your favorite drinks free. You can also order on the app. I think it's great to use the app because you can see options you wouldn't otherwise know about from the drive-thru menu. The app also has a scan and pay QR code options, as well as just scan for points and pay with cash or other. I definitely use that option a lot. And tips are always welcome! I ordered a drink and was essentially outcast for not using the app. An older staff member came to the window with a flyer that contained a QR code for the app and said: “I know you don’t like apps but this allows you to pay on the app.” I assume her reason was to help the line move faster, which I completely get being that it’s so early in the morning and everyone is rushing. But, to insulate that “I don’t like apps” when I have literally developed 2 apps for the small businesses I run is, beyond frustrating. Rudest baristas I have ever encountered at a coffee shop. Seriously sooo weird. I’ve usually only experienced upbeat, professional, helpful staff at these little drive thru shops. So I was a little taken back. It was a Thursday evening. Rushed me to order, barely said three words at the window, acted annoyed we were there and didn’t even fill the over priced, watered down cold brew to the top. Super disappointed. Poor service.
