They have treated me like royalty since day one no matter what I’m wearing and whether or not I intend to make a purchase. They know how true customer service works and that is very difficult to find in this world. The entire staff is completely down-to-earth and upmost professional with any of your needs. They will provide superb choices to choose from within any budget range. I must say they are my personal jeweler for any one of my needs, whether it be an heirloom knife with wave Damascus steel blade, iron wood scaled handles with silver fittings and koftgari gold inlay patterned frame; a shipwreck bracelet with genuine silver beads; Rolex Submariner anniversary edition; a custom engagement ring; men’s wedding band; other Swiss timepieces, or even a charm bracelet, Garcia & Co has been there for me every time. Another wonderful visit designing a custom wedding band with the addition of birthstones and removal of a couple diamonds to balance out the overall look and aesthetic quality. Superb, Trustworthy Jewelers! After having my wedding ring destroyed by another Jeweler, then having to have it cut off of my finger - I Trusted no one to do what they said nor to repair my wedding ring. Years later I found Garcia’s (still not trusting). Laura is the kindest lady who got me to talk to Matthew Dye. Matthew is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, talented and Patient - beyond! He listened, gently suggested and wanted to know what I really desired in a rebuild. The results are the Most Stunning, Unique only to me/us, Gorgeous wedding ring I have ever seen. When my husband first contacted Garcia & Co. to discuss a custom wedding band, I was not sure what I wanted or what the outcome would be...Somehow Matthew made sense of my jumbled thoughts and ideas and was able to bring us a beautiful mock up of what my ring would look like.

3 weeks later, I received a call that my ring was ready. The excitement in Matt's voice that day let me know we had made the right decision trusting Garcia & Co. for this project.
