I am beyond impressed with McCain audio! Andrew, the owner, truly runs a five star establishment. There is a reason they have all those trophies.

I worked with Josh McCain and I think there are some specifics worth pointing out.

First, let's talk about customer service. These guys understand what world class customer service looks like. They have a lot of traffic come through their shop...and rightfully so...never once did they ever make me feel rushed, they never tried to upset me, in fact they tried to be very conscious of my wallet. They made me feel like I was the only customer in the store! I brought my truck in and Josh came in early and stayed late to get my order done. His level of communication was something that many other businesses and professionals could learn from.

Second, McCains only carries quality products and name brands...at least that I saw. This fact gave me confidence because I've been places where they carry every brand under the sun. I know these guys value quality and it shows in their merchandise.

Finally, their quality of work and expertise is unmatched! Ive had stereo work done on many of my vehicles in the past and these guys put them to shame. When we talk about professionals and subject matter experts, Josh is what we are talking about. I asked Josh just treat my truck like it was his, and install whatever he would want. I was not disappointed. The final product has me wanting me to go drive just so I can listen to the new system.

I drive ALOT so a great sound system is very important to me. Josh brought Christmas early for me!

Colby did an incredible job installing a subwoofer upgrade in my vehicle and I’m 100% happy with the experience and result. I had always installed my own stereo upgrades in my previous vehicles, but was hesitant to attempt the project in my Tesla. I figured it was probably best to consult the professionals for this platform, and Colby was so knowledgeable about the electrical system that I felt completely comfortable letting him and McCain’s team perform the work. We talked about the types of music I liked and he gave me some great options that were in my budget, both for a subwoofer upgrade and a future full speaker upgrade. Also want to recognize Josh who helped make a last-minute change to the equipment selection on Colby’s day off so that we could really maximize the potential of the build; I greatly appreciate all the extra time and thought they put I to this so that it ended up being exactly what I wanted. Colby built a customer enclosure for an oddly shaped hidden space so that I wouldn’t lose cargo space, and hooked everything up so well that it almost looks like it came from the factory. Even when they found that the power system was even more different than a standard car than any of us initially realized, Colby had a solution already in place when he called to notify me of the extra step needed. I’ve already referred a friend to McCain for his truck and will definitely refer more; these guys are the real deal. I stopped by because my subwoofer blew, for the second time. Last time they swapped it out using warranty no hassle & only took few mins.

Today when I went in I received the most friendly & best service one could hope for. The employee, Nate, inspected my set up for a minute then explained to me that the reason my sub has probably gone out twice is the fact I had wrong power level of sub woofer for the type of amp I previously had installed here.

So without hesitation he upgraded me to the correct sub woofer for my set up. 'it's the right thing to do' he said as he unboxed the new sub.

I've always received outstanding service from McCain over the multiple systems I've had installed and about 9 years that I've been a customer. This experience continuing the amazing reputation & service I come to expect from them and they never let me down. This experience being beyond expectations for sure.

If your thinking about installs/upgrades/anything audio this should be your first & only stop. The educated & experienced employees will always answer any questions you can think of (audio related) and they won't steer you wrong.

For those who are looking into first-time installs know your money is well spent & never taken advantage of. I've been told more than once that certain upgrade would be a waste of money and that I was using the best thing possible already. Some prices may shock certain people but the saying 'money well spent' could never be more true when it comes McCain and their amazing service.
