Well, my first time coming here a couple days after they open, and I asked for a small whatever it was called when you mix the flavor in girl gave me a medium or large. I’m looking back on the front of counter and I see the smallI’m like you didn’t even give me what I asked for that. Pisses me off the first time you don’t even give me a small, it’s a medium more large. The reason I didn’t go back to the windows because of course I stand out in the crowd if you know what I mean, and I didn’t want him to think oh Lord , here we go .. That alone messing up my order will deter me from coming again, and yeah, I will tell people that I know well they already screwed up my order and the girl who waited on me the little one with the brown hair and the brown eyes when I was asking her question she’s looking at me like I was bothering her I told her I never had this before ..

We came for opening day and got the Cole Custer (named after the NASCAR driver sponsored by Andy’s) which is our favorite concrete mixer. We like the cold delicious custard, especially on a hot day… but we don’t mind coming when it’s cold! Custard and frozen treats are good all the time! We happened to be there when WATE was filming so we ended up on the news for the grand opening. The girl at the window who took our order and served us was super nice and had a smile on her face. It was pretty hot outside, so the only recommendation I have for them is to put up some umbrellas or more shade because our custard (and us) melts super fast in the blazing summer sun. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic location and I’m super excited this one is closer to home!

I don't typically leave reviews but I have concerns. Myself, Husband & Daughter decided to treat ourselves to your concrete ice cream. We went about 5pm & there was actually no customers in person so we ordered right away. We ordered two concretes & waited for a while. There were over 5 employees there so I was wondering why it was taking so long. One employee who was putting the ice cream together called the girl who was at the register to help him. After she had handled money/credit cards went back w/out washing hands. Nobody is wearing gloves & I clearly observed employees rubbing their heads & adjusting their hats & then touching the utensils. We even watched the employee wiping around the ice cream machine scratch his nose & continue. Finally they brought our order to the window. Both concretes were soft & started melting right away, it looked more like soupy milk. A guy gave my Husband his & it was only filled halfway! I wanted to ask if they had eaten half!? This is Not the same as it was when they first opened this location when we met Tom! Obviously there is nobody holding employees accountable for cleanliness or quality of the food! The employees were all walking around like they did not know what to do! We watched a Mom & Daughter order an ice cream cone & when the girl handed it to the Mom it was melting all down the cone! The Mom gave it back! This ice cream is not cheap so unless the employees are taught how to do their job & the importance of cleanliness, this establishment will go downhill fast & definitely lose business! Unfortunately, we will...
