I have gotten a few pizzas here by now, and I really enjoy the concept and speed of service, as well as the calm and quiet atmosphere. With that said, let’s dive right in!
I want to start by pointing out that the sauce is homemade and very unique. In terms of flavor, you can definitely tell this isn’t your prepackaged store bought sauce.
The cheese to sauce ratio is very good, and the topping options are pretty great. I also really like the quantity of the toppings that’s added. You definitely get your money’s worth. All ingredients taste fresh too.
I also want to highlight the dough! It is really pact with flavor, it’s not too thin or dry at all. It has a good consistency. When it comes to how well it holds the toppings, I think it does a good job. The crust is also phenomenal, I hope they decide to do a stuffed cheese crust in the future sometime though or maybe even a breakfast pizza.
Lastly, the pizzas aren’t cut traditionally in triangle pieces, which is actually really cool. Most places you can have it cut in square size pieces, but here that’s how it comes.

Read moreNot sure what has happened. I was driving through Knoxville yesterday and decided to drop by and get pizza for lunch. I have been a fan of the Adam Ragusea videos about how they developed the pizza and wanted to try it myself.
Tried to order pizza but they guy behind the counter seemed pretty confused. He said they didn't have pizza at that time and couldn't tell me when they would have it. He said that the owner will sometimes show up with it but he didn't have a schedule or a time when this happened. It seems random.
It could be they no longer do pizza but the menu board was still on the wall so not sure what's up. Adam has not had any updates on the progress of the pizza in some time. The videos for that just stopped so I guess this is why.

From the very first bite, you can tell that attention, care, and passion has been poured into every pizza.
