I have been here a few times before and always had a good experience until today. When I arrived, there were 5 people in front of me. I quickly noticed there was only employee so I decided instead of walking out to be patient and have some grace. The female employee was overwhelmed but that doesn't excuse her lack oh hygiene and bad attitude. Other patrons felt sorry for her as she openly complained about her personal life she was having with her husband. Aside from that, while helping a customer, the oven was beeping so she went to get the bread out of the oven. She couldn't find the second oven mitten and went in the back and brought back her own personal sweatshirt to use instead! She set the trays of fresh bread all over the counters, including a tray of fresh bread on the sink, where she is supposed to wash her hands. She was cursing and complaining the whole time about the work conditions and even mentioned something about wanting to bring her husband to work with her. Not sure if he was an employee or she just knew she'd be short handed and wanted help. After making sandwiches for the patrons in front of me, I noticed she was touching the register and ringing up customers and then coming back with the same gloves and making sandwiches without taking off the pair she touched everything else with and putting on a clean pair. I don't know about anyone else, but I definitely don't want nasty germs from the cash register on my food. By that time, it was my turn and I politely asked for her to change her gloves. She did but had an attitude and then when I proceeded to place an order, she told me they were out of what what I wanted. That was after waiting 23 minutes. By then my lunch break was over and quite honestly after seeing how she was running the establishment and being unsanitary, I didn't have any desire to eat from there. It was a waste of time but I'm glad I stood there and was able to observe how many rules were being broken as far as health and saftey goes. Until this place gets some quality trained employees who actually care about serving customers, do yourself a favor...
Read morePlaced an order on line [because of their sales flyer in the newspaper] for two footlongs for 12.99. Selected a pick-up time for later in the day. When I arrived was told my order was bagged and ready on the pick-up shelf, so....being in somewhat of a hurry, I grabbed the bag and headed back to my house. Upon opening the bag I found only one footlong, and a 6" sandwich, but was charged for the two footlongs. I immediately tried calling the phone number on the ticket. Called 6 times over a 35 minute period......no answer.. Tried their main number listed on their website....no answer. Filled out a form on thier main website to let them know what happened and requested a credit back on my credit card, or an in-store credit They responed they would notify the local ower.... These folks absolutely do not care how they treat their customer, and could care less.. Their response via e-mail must be a common occurance, as the response appears to be a cut and paste they use all the time.
There are many choices of where to spend my hard earned money on food, and the Subway will not be one of them. It's more about the principle of good business,...
Read moreWe visited this location on Sunday and was told they will not accept our coupons unless they were printed. We drove back home and printed out the coupons. Went back and ordered our subs with no problems. We went back today on Wednesday, 3 days later... As the young girl cut the bread the top layer was already flaking off, I asked it the bread was hard??? She said no, it just came out of the oven. My husband was standing at the door to watch our puppy in the car, the young girl yelled at him and said YOU NEED TO MOVE AWAY FROM THE DOOR, YOU ARE MAKING THE DOOR ALARM GO OFF AND IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! He explained to her he is watching our puppy. I was done ordering my sub so I went outside to be with the puppy. My husband called me back in because the girl refused to take our coupon that they took 3 days prior and sent us home to print it out! She called her mother (manager) on the phone and began to lie to her and tell her we were yelling at her and demanding her to take our coupons. Not one time did we raise our voices at her or demand anything. My husband said if you won't take our coupons then we don't want our sandwiches. She said then we shouldn't have ordered them! We paid for our food and left. We get home and the bread is as hard as a rock!!! This is a horrible establishment, they get an F all the way around! Do yourself a favor and drive to a different subway! We will...
