Every so often, you find a food place that blows your mind on every level that you wonder how it could even exist. Apple Thai Nee's Kitchen is that place for me. In every metric possible for a food truck, they have exceeded expectations spectacularly. The owners are a husband and wife, Sam and Apple, who not only put out what is probably the best Thai food I've ever tasted, but they also provide great and friendly service, and the food is cooked so fast that it honestly boggles the mind. Pretty much every time I've ordered food, it's ready by the time I arrive (which is usually about 10-15 minutes for me). The portions are very generous, which is great because you'll want to keep eating until you're stuffed, and you might still have enough left for another helping later in the day. The value for the quality and portions is incredible; the prices are very good.

Considering how competitive the Thai food scene is in Northwest Arkansas, Apple Thai Nee manages to shine like a brilliant diamond. Perhaps most importantly, you can tell the food is made with tons of love and care. It gives me similar vibes of my own family's home-cooked food, and that's really saying something. It's pretty much the highest compliment I can give. On top of this, they're incredibly kind people. One time my car's battery died while I was there during the winter, and Sam went and asked every person he could find in the area until a customer came who was able to help me out, and the two of them helped jumpstart my car in what was honestly freezing weather. (By the way, that customer recommended the Pineapple Fried Rice, which was great). That's not even going into all the other times they've treated me well, like when I'm getting ready to take a stressful, huge exam and they're extra generous with the food and encouraged me to do well.

This review has been a long-time coming (and I apologize for not doing it sooner!) But I wanted to do them as much justice as I could in this review. Over the past 2 years, I've tried out most of their menu, and pretty much every dish is a certified banger. My personal favorites are the Pad Kee Mao and the Thai Omelet, but you can't go wrong with literally anything on their menu. Their Thai tea was also delicious too. Just be aware that their "Thai Hot" spice level is no joke, and it's great for me who loves spicy food, but they can also make the food as mild as necessary for any palate. Seriously, check them out. You won't regret it. They're consistently awesome and I wish them the best and further success...

Stopped at this food truck food court, not many were open on Sunday/Mother’s Day And all the options were Mexican except this place being open!! I got green curry with tofu & shared spring rolls with my brother. (Green curry is my go to Thai dish) My food was sooooo good, they made it perfectly spicy everything was cooked perfectly. I even had leftovers! Vegetarian/vegan options here! My brother got pineapple fried rice which looked so goood I almost wished I got his They also have butterfly pea tea, which was too sweet for my taste but a cool experience for those that have never tried the drink and want to. The pho-ritto looked amazing too on their menu, if I ever stop here again I wanna try that. & the papaya salad sounded delicious. Overall, great food truck food court with...

If you find yourself over by the lake Fayetteville park area where the food trucks are at you seriously need to stop and give Apple's Thai Nee Kitchen a try. The quality and care that goes into the food is amazing and the price is more than reason for the amount of food you’re getting. The owners, legitimately care about their customers and take the time to really talk to you and truly appreciate you being there. They are back in business and better than ever after losing their first truck to a fire. So do yourself a favor and go experience some AMAZING food with AMAZING people.
