My family and I went to the location yesterday would have been around 6:30 p.m. on the 1st of December I usually critique any and all restaurants haven't had to experience in this form of field for over 40 years and it's just a thing that I do most of times I'll even realizing it I've been a big fan of Golden Corral for many many years and so far have not found serious flaws with this company however since going to the ones in Arkansas I have been extremely and Beyond impressed at each location I have attended this location came close to topping off every one of them last night met up with a man behind the grill named Greg who I found it used to be their best boy and had a reputation for being extremely good cook at home he offered me a medium rare steak which to my amazement was done perfectly it was juicy and the medium rare was perfectly medium rare found out he been in the kitchen since he was 6 years old and growing up and restaurants for that time forward which by the way I completely believe I thought for a moment there that he might have gone through culinary classes for the type of presentation and ability to cook a mini number of different types of things behind that Grill Greg has to be completely commended and actually deserves a raise seriously someone like that should be paid well for their efforts and a man does work very hard I noticed it from the time that I was there until I left also did he may have met you was my server Ricky which is by the way it's spelled r i k e e She was very attentive of my boys loved her oh yeah one other person was need to be made very bubbly personality short I'd say probably under 5 foot for a bubbly and I cannot remember her name and I apologize for that artifact hang on I'm going to check out my notes I've got her name there I found it her name was Pamela she is one of the most amazing people I think this company has definitely leader definitely management quality she was able to keep the entire staff that she was working with upbeat at on the move her friendly personality and her team working qualities were amazing beyond above par employees around here responded with such enthusiasm and smiles that it was intoxicating and contagious you definitely do to advance her into a management position as soon as possible and believe me I know very well what I'm talking about when it comes to people I've been in this business for over 40 years and I know great quality and management material when I see it if you don't listen to what I'm telling you your nuts for not doing so the food presentation was absolutely incredible I tried the mushrooms to fried okra other fried pickles were amazing I tried many of the varieties on your dessert tray and the desert area itself looks beautiful your guyses presentation and color Arrangement is very appealing to the eye and invites the appetite to taste as much as I possibly can without a doubt this restaurant got an A-Plus rating from me for everything from presentation cleanliness customer service and an overall experience I'll never forget I will definitely be back at this location as I live very very close by and will tell others though some people might complain that your prices are high everything that you have to offer beyond the food and location more than makes up for the pricing of which you charge for your buffets people need to keep in mind that they're not paying just for the ability to have an enjoyable meal they're paying for everything involved with that meal that means everyone from the back of the house to the front of the house and the interactions and everything is part of the price for what they pay for people really need to start remembering that thank you very much for the best time I've ever had in a very long time enjoying a meal again I will return over and over...

And even if I do see something questionable I can feel.confident to Express my thoughts and the general manager Does seriously and genuinely take it into consideration and respond to insure customer satisfaction. I dont feel like I'm going to a restuarant, I feel like I'm going to a friends house to eat. They really treat you as a friend here. So with that in mind............... Hats off to the while crew But I have to.mention the 2 who REALLY IMPRESSED my family and I today....
Are waitress Anita She is so sweet and on top of making sure we had an amazing experience.. constantly kept my coffee cup full Never became empty... always made sure we were happy with our entrees.. Your grill man, and I imagine, all around cook, Raymond, he made our day too. Very good at his job. You can just tell he has pride in it. And VERY PEOPLE ORIENTED very caring soul... He had us laughing and watching him perform on the line with the rest of the crew was Awesome. Definitely keep these two Do whatever you must to keep them happy Take care of them and the rest of this incredible staff. They are all doing an incredible job with how this Buffett is being run now. Its especially rewarding at this present time I felt I was coming to know the crew better with the change of being served as opposed to serving ourselves during this pandemic.. Being able to communicate and see so many smiles and exchange between customer and staff was really heartwarming... Keep up the great work This location is STILL my favorite one in the NWA area!!! Oh and PLEASE do something special for Anita and Raymond They REALLY deserve...
Read moreMy experience at the restaurant was extremely distressing to me. I actually ended up leaving the restaurant crying and feeling totally horrible.
First we tried calling a few times only to be hung up on by the machine and I couldn’t get ahold of a person. Then we decided to head over and ask in person if they had HFCS in their items and if so which ones so I could avoid them (as it makes me severely sick) they told me to tell them which item I wanted to check on and they’d go check an item at a time and couldn’t tell me which ones had it in there. I opted to maybe avoid the sides and go for the meats figuring I’d have a better chance of not getting sick when I was met with disaster two. I have a condition called POTS or Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome which is a fancy way of saying if my posture changes my heart rate shoots up. This causes me to faint. I was content to have my roomate’s bring me back a plate from the Buffet and asked someone nearby if they had any type of menu for me to know what they have (since I can’t walk around to look). I was told by one of the staff that they didn’t have a menu to look at at all and that I’d “just have to walk around and look myself” (mind you I have use of both a service animal and a cane at this time).
So I didn’t know if the items of food were safe for me to eat or what they had so I could tell my roomate’s to get me whatever. It was like ordering off a menu you can’t see with a chance it’d make you sick!
