I've been going to this food truck for years with my family and our friends. The quality of the homemade food is incredible. The ingredients are authentic and wholesome. The owners operate the truck themselves and are constantly putting out food that is both consistent and surprising every time. I try to eat here once a week and look forward to it every time. Here's how I would rate it all.... Ok, I'll be the one. So many good reviews. I'm generally a fan of Ying Chang, but they weren't open so we walked over to TK. I ordered the Street Noodle (chicken) and some spring rolls. My friends ordered things like General chicken - the usuals. We waited (actually) an hour. When I took the food back to the office to eat at my desk, as I'd wasted my entire lunch break waiting, it was essentially Maruchan ramen with broccoli, chicken, cabbage. The spring rolls were gelatinized in the middle and the filling kinda just fell out. How did this...

The food is soooo good. But, for some reason, they are closed a lot during their posted business hours. We tried to get food there 3 times this week: twice they were closed during their posted hours and once they said they weren't taking new orders. :( We've been really hesitant to go again because of this. Calling ahead is no good either- they don't answer.
