Arby's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Look, I'm sorry, I know the employees here are hard at work. But there is something seriously wrong with the Arby's on MLK. As a rule, I do not rate something poorly unless I get utterly horrible service, or poor service several times in a row. This is a blend of both.

No straws, no napkins, no sauce. Wrong bun on one of our orders. And the item I got had very evidently been made hours prior, given that it almost broke my denture and did take a combination of my teeth and nails to cut through the wrap, alone. Which, with or without napkins, means a mess on one's hands. Also, how do you manage to de-jalapeno a jalapeno? That wasn't even as spicy as a banana pepper. Even when I plucked out a slice of the pepper and ate it solo, it tasted... null. My tastebuds are in tact, so what was that?

Again, the staff here is trying- really trying- to save this sinking boat of a location. I've seen their work ethic every single time I've come through the line. But frankly, if you want good Arby's, you'll want the one on the other...

Ordered a beef and cheddar double and there was no cheese on it hardly. Asked the cashier for more cheese for my sandwich and she tried to charge me for it. I said I already paid for the cheese for my sandwich and the manager yelled from the back we only put one pump of cheese no matter the size of the sandwich. I said well there isn't hardly any on it. She said call corporate then. I said well can you make it look like the picture and she said no. I asked her name and it was Amy. She was not polite and argumentative and acted like I was in the wrong. I proceeded to tell her at a peak hour of customers eating dinner that I was the only one in resteraunt that the reason they were empty was because of their great customer service. She replied rudely we been busy all day. Looks...

Worst place I every went to drive through guy has a bad attitude. Service was slow as usual I use to love this spot to eat. I feel like they are over charging me for football game parking. The parking cost has gotten higher over the years. The lady at the window looks like she is a amazing person compared to the rest. Better management would be ideal instead of hiring people that looks like they shouldn't be managers. It took me multiple times to try not to write this review. The guy at the window needs to learn how to respect people he finally pushed me to the point of no return. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
