Cinnabon — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I have photos I’ll try to add but, we purchased 3 regular cinnnabons and they were all so stale! I called store immediately to let them know because I typically don’t go back for refunds. It’s a loss & they’ve definitely went all the way down! Also, the girl kept insisting that I must bring them all 3 for refund. Like duh why would I keep them. I’m a fatty. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was honestly almost closing time and their line just kept getting longer after we arrived as people were leaving the mall. These ladies were still going strong busting out fresh hot cinnabons like no ones biz.

Terrible management!! The guy who is owner or manager doesn't know anything about managing. Most of time, mornings I buy coffee in this location ( Starbucks has a long line so I don't have time) So these days their coffee machine isn't working and that's why they don't serve coffee.
