First of all… the previous reviews stating that the sushi is comparable to the grocery store or a buffet are rude & clearly Michelin Reviewers who have their sushi and hibachi shipped directly from Japan 😂 This place was amazing. I used to RAVE about sushi court. Spent $150 there and this place was still better. The staff is friendly, the sushi is fresh and not over portioned & the hibachi was great. It could’ve been a little more generous with the teriyaki sauce but we are just saucy people. Everything was fresh. The teriyaki chicken, hibachi steak, crab rangoons, spring rolls, chicken wings were all great. It’s as simple as that. The price point for all you can eat is right where it needs to be. Coming from Charlotte where all you can eat sushi places charge you for every single piece of rice that is left on the plate uneaten… this place is very generous. There is a self serve table where there is unlimited wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, eel sauce, spicy mayo and white sauce. You literally only pay the 17.99 per person and for drinks. It’s convenient, affordable and a nice place to go to get out of the house. It was clean, quiet and service was prompt. They are doing a great job.

We had fun and loved it! • You pay when you go in. $13 per person for lunch hours. $17 for dinner hours. Kids under 3 eat free. Closed from 4pm to 5pm and then reopens at 5pm. You get a placard telling you where you sit. • The tables and booths slide / move! Plus size and accessibility approved! • Super yummy rolls, a fountain drink station, a sauce station. Lots of blend with raw and cooked. All are separated telling you what they are, if they’re raw, spicy, etc. • Tablet at every table to order kid’s menu stuff, entrees like hibachi, appetizers like crab Rangoon, all included in the price you already paid. No extra. Personalized orders on tablet come out every 15 minutes in mass order. • Highchairs for infants / toddlers have great straps and buckles, not broken. • $45 for two adults and two sodas on Sunday lunch, weekend prices are dinner prices no matter what time. We did the math and easily ate $153 worth! Will go again.

Until today- I didn’t know this establishment existed. Being unbiased and impartial, I scored it based on time of the day, atmosphere, serving sizes, and convenience of service. That being said: It was a good time to come right when they opened- no rush, open seating, playing top 40s of the mid 2000s e.i.: Timber by Kesha ft Pitbull The plates are exceptional in size as you can grab more than one and essentially- if you wanted hot food, you can order selected items off the tablet menu (please see photos) Both the hostess’ were friendly being it was our first time here (wife n I). One hostess gave us the run down on what to expect and even ensured we were doing fine while taking away our used plates (it’s to be expected in the food industry). I would recommend this to friends and family and would rate better once we come for a dinner reservation to get a better feel of the service. Thank you for reading.

March 30, 2024 at 1pm. OK, yeah, I gave it a 2 stars. I know, it's a new restaurant, but, you'd think that with all the other Asian places, they would have better food trying to outdo the others. You know, have...BETTER FOOD. No. NO. NOPE. NADA. I am a person that eats out just about every single day, until I get bored of the same o-same-o. I watch Andy Cooks on Tik Tok. He's the one that says "Babe, what do you wanna eat for lunch?" Or dinner, or breakfast. He is a seasoned professional cook. His recipes will not disappoint. Anyway, back to Rockin' Rolls in Fayetteville. I used to be a regular customer at the Hibachi Grill on Bragg Boulevard eating there ever since they opened and eat there twice a week. Then I discovered Thai Lanna on Bragg Boulevard. They are pretty good. I go Friday nights and Sundays lunch when they have the buffet. (That's the only time they have a buffet, rest of week gotta order from menu). I started going less and less to Hibachi Grill because when they changed managers and owners after the pandemic when they couldn't stay afloat. Welp, the place is really bad now and the carpet has never been steamed cleaned, and I got tired of dodging potholes gallore. The diassapointing thing about Rockin' Roll Sushi is because they have waaay less options than the Hibachi Grill. Less options on the sushi and waaaaaaaay less options on the side food you can eat. And Hibachi Grill is cheaper, $ 12.95. You save $5 at Hibachi Grill and there are several stations to get food from. HG also has more dessert choices. The conveyer belt that passes by your table is their gimmick. Do not let yourself think Wooow, Cool. No. It is NOT cool. Less choices for $5 more is what you're going to get. Get off your butt and go to Hibachi Grill if you don’t mind dodging potholes gallore and want MORE CHOICES of EVERYTHING. And, Rockin Roll 's fried rice is...

My family and I have been loyal customers of Rockin’ Rolls Sushi since they opened, but ever since the ownership changed, the quality of both the food and service has gone downhill.

One visit around 11:30 a.m., they struggled to keep sushi on the conveyor belt even though it wasn’t busy. Today was even more disappointing. For context, my husband normally eats here with us, but this time he had already eaten prior to us coming, and the visit was really for me and our 7-year-old to enjoy lunch. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the seating area was pretty open. When we arrived, the hostess seemed confused, asked her coworker, and then told us we couldn’t eat there unless everyone at the table was paying. The way it was handled made us feel like we were being accused of trying to cheat the system, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable.

We ended up going to the food court instead so we could eat without my husband feeling pressured to pay even though he wasn’t eating. We’ve supported this place since they opened, but after today, I’m not sure we’ll be back. It’s disappointing to see how much has changed under the...
