My fiancee was completely ripped off by these swindlers. She has no experience in buying mens rings but wanted to get me a nice Christmas present. She buys our daughters earrings and hers from banter. Why she didn't buy one from a jeweler like that that offers real insurance returns etc, she said because diamond district looked like they had rings she thought I'd like, she is from upstate NY, nothing but trees and farms so I understand. Supposedly, they miraculously marked down a 10k gold ring from $1,500 to $500 for my fiancee. Not only that but they said it was real. That would mean the diamonds are atleast lab created which would be fine. Again they claimed it was $1,500 at retail. Even with lab created diamonds at most places thats considered steep to me for a small lil pinky ring. But come to find out it's all cubic zirconia. So like I figured they just swindled her, making her think it was worth more than what it actually was. For $500 I could of gotten a nice 10k gold ring from banter and an item from free with their buy one get one free promotion during the holidays. I mean I have my receipt, and since she bought it on the 7th and wrapped it under the tree, I can not return it or do anything with it besides let this company know how horrible they are. They need to put freaking signs up just so people know and there's transparency instead of having those slick tongues. This is fake, the gold is real everything else is fake, those shiny crystals in every single ring in this entire case are all cubic zirconia, not diamonds or lab created diamonds. Soon as she told me the seller told her it was marked down from so high to that low amount I knew it was a wrap. Thanks diamond district wouldn't be Christmas...

This place is one of the worst experiences I had. I spent 5000 dollars with this company and gave them a Charm to fix about a month ago while waiting on a picture to be put in a charm that I bought from them, I still don’t have my charm fix and they put the wrong picture in the new charm. I told them I needed it before my job Christmas party tonight.Do not go to these people they just tell nothing but lies. Well I can say Bag came through in the clutch cause today was my job Christmas party and he call me 3 hours before it started and said come and pick your charm up it’s ready I jumped on my bike and flew to get it. I felt appreciate it when he offered to clean my chain and fix any other problems I may have that I didn’t like from my fist...

This was by far the best jewelry buying experience! Alex was absolutely amazing! She took her time with us and answered all of our questions. Even when we told her we weren’t ready to make a purchase yet she still took her time to help us. We returned a few days later to make the purchase with her and once again she was amazing and answered our million questions. The prices are great and the quality is great also.
